I am thoroughly enjoying the story for Into the Fire. It has given me a good chance to expand on Rovaan's character as well as play with some other variables. I have enjoyed all the character reactions to Rovaan and his personality. Looking forward to seeing more and depending on how things unfold, I might have something else to add, another small ''Curve-ball'' as Angel put it.

Also I think it is safe to say that at this point, Rovaan is showing his underlying colors. Hopefully someone can talk some sense back into him. ;)

Hey Na*BloodWolf! I don't think I've ever seen you posting on here before, so welcome! :)


Thank you for the compliment. I really do enjoy Rovaan, you write him very well. He's also made a big impression on Etheldredda, which is an incredibly difficult thing to do. I'm glad that we're finally getting to learn more about Rovaan's origins, it sounds like he's got quite the family tree!

As for him being talked down... I'm not so sure! Everything seems to be kicking off, I'm not sure if anyone's going to be calm by the end of this one, haha. :P Hags be hagglin', gods be god damn crazy, it's all happening ogre at Into The Fire

I've gotta say, all you people that are in the Azul fight have made this one very confusing scene to wake up to. That's even when comparing it to the chaos dream that the dreamer just woke up from. Done in by the dubious doings of destiny.

Thank you for the welcome. I usually don't post on here but I do read it from time to time to keep up to date on what is going on between posts when I can. Who knows I might post on here more often but who knows. First I would have to make a habit of it....which I am not good at forming new habits. haha.

I am glady you are enjoying Rovaan Angel. I have to admit he was difficult to write for at first as I had a hard time defining his character. In fact I almost accidently made him too similar to another character I used to use frequently. But as I began to immerse myself in the story and the world you created I was able to refine him a lot more. The fact that you are enjoying him as a character means a lot to me as a writer so Thank you.

On another note, yes Rovaan does have a very interesting family tree that I am working on elaborating before I reveal more his origin.
