Oh, I see, I imagined she was carving the entire shaft into the weapon. Dry sticks often do leave a residue after cutting, so she just exhaled over the tip, not the whole length of the spear. And, of course, she adds other sticks to strengthen the tool.

You're welcome, I'm trying to open up more and try to get at other peoples' stories for a change.

Turns out I didn't write any except for perhaps the beginning of a new chapter. Gah. But it WILL be finished by the end of the year, I can assure you because I bought this laptop in January and it had a year's free Microsoft Word on it so I'll have to pay for it in January. But I'm a cheap b*stard so I won't. :P

Even if it's only... 1000 characters, I'm still going to. I now finally feel inspired after weeks because of the lovely feedback I got from The Excellence Awards. :)

EDIT: Written...1,825 characters. :3 Almost a full post. Pretty good! Nice to start off chapter 9 so I can have some incentive to finish it.

Um... I'm not sure what else to put but 'nice', sorry. Nice tends to be my natural response.

It's...um...really good? Riveting? Compelling? Interesting?

It's still a bit early to tell where this is going, so mysterious?
