Just read the few new posts. I like how the story is unfolding, I always liked dream worlds and adventures through them, though why is it that whenever I read a story, every main character has to be under the age of twenty? I suppose the coming of age theme has never died.
Anyways, as a suggestion, I think the story would become more interesting if the fantasy elements were expanded a bit, but only if you want to do that, or maybe you were already planning that. You know, the kind of fantasy that deals with the 'out of this world' things. Maybe her dreams and travel will end up in her walking into a parallel universe, or that's what popped in my head for some reason. Certainly wouldn't make much sense, but I had to think of a suggestion so that I don't feel useless.
Kudos for the gradual 'I typed a bit more' attitude, my own has basically plummeted.
