Vyras and Sakura:
Before any class assembly could begin, Vyras passed a second list. " This list of students is mostly mages andI brought this heavy, monstrously big book for you to teach out of." Vyras said lifting up a 3600 page leather bound tome of magical study that was both heavy on his shoulders and looked as old as he was. Pages were creased " AAAAAH!" Vyras grunted before taking a breath "I figured you'd be perfect teaching magic, since you know magic. This was my mage training manual when I was learning, and have taught out of it since."
The second list was as follows:
1) Leonas: (Good kid, quiet with a love of poisons, he will make a good assassin. He already has his textbook and we have copies of it in Kunigas' chapel which is where we hold this little academy)
2) Annie: ( You know Annie. We fought back at Castle Gern. I will also be tutoring her on the side. Gotta do something with my fuckin' retirement).
3) Nagrak: (Orc. Wants to be a mage and for an orc is pretty good at it. He is honing his necromancy talent. He's kind of creepy. Very fucking creepy actually, he's a skirt-chaser
4) Buteo: (Drugal. Kind of scary individual who towers among everyone in his class, and is headstrong. Wants to become a mage and is very talented. Tap into that Drugal pride of his to get him to learn
5) Belar ( Please, as a parent, I'm asking you to keep her safe from bullies. I can't believe the crap she says about the other things the students and other racist jerks say about her. This is despite the fact that she's my adopted daughter, and her abilities. Help guide her on attacks with the mace and guide her as she attempts to join the priesthood.)
6) Bernardo Cabarini (Cortinitan guy. Speaks horrible Sudovian, but at least he can be understood. Disowned heir to a wine business back in Cortinito due to his magical talent. He's very talented with shadow magic. He's also very very annoying. I can't get past his stupid accent). Just your friendly neighborhood gay boy!

7) Dag Ivarssen: (Skilled with a bow and arrow, but also with smoke magic, even if he finds his magical ability 'unfortunate' I keep telling him that he'll make a pretty good assassin, due to his magical ability and that we are short on such people, but he can't get past his cultural disdain for magic)
8)Karys: The only other person in this class who doesn't have magical talent. she's training to use the axe and the mace. Since the two use similar fighting styles, I think you are a good fit for teaching her. Just your friendly neighborhood gay boy!

Lithia was busy running a whetstone over her serrated silver daggers, and she had a mischievous smile on her face as she was doing so. It was as if she was looking forward to sinking her daggers into the flesh of vampire scum. Arvis was somewhere. Even though Erik could not hear what Zurga and Burgrod were saying, the two orcs decided to pass the time by sparring while Erik made his way down the cathedral tower. Annie was grateful to the wise woman for bringing her in and going to let her rest. She listened to her comment but didn’t understand what she just told her. She replied in a tired voice,”Thank you so much.” She took off her shoes so she didn’t mess up the bed with mud or anything else that’s are on her shoes. She got into the bed and fell right to sleep.
The elderly goblin could not understand her Sudovian, but she smiled and allowed Annie to rest...

Today he's busy getting Sakura up to speed to be his successor at the academy. There's more to it than just his retirement though. He doubts he'll live to be able to effectively use magic again due to summoning entire undead armies in the course of the year. I've been researching ways he can get around it, but Lathana's laws of magic are hard to get around." Kunigas chattered. Lathana is the goddess of Law.

She ritualistically gouged out her eyes centuries ago, and has been alive long enough to remember Sudovia the way it used to be. In fact, she's been around way before King Vilnias, Prince Metras, were born, she predates them by a thousand years, hence why those goblins are so protective of her. Those Tattoos? They tattooed the entire history of the tribe on her.

"So was Annie's healing her culturally insensitive?" Belar asked "I don't know the answer to that question. They let you guys live, but she's achieved immortality through enlightenment to Lathana, she can see past, present, and future. Healing their wise woman might have caused a crisis among her most faithful, since she is seen as a living goddess. Healing a goddess isn't something that can be done. On the other hand, it was the compassionate thing to do. Who knows how much pain she's been in, since she gouged them out, You may have gained points with the youth, but lost points with the elderly faithfil, so you might need to regain their favor."

Annie:
Upon hearing Annie's scream, Belar and Kunigas ran straight into the yurt with their maces drawn. They had no choice but to assume that Annie was in danger, as if she had pissed off by healing the wise woman. To their relief Annie was not in any danger whatsoever, however the wise woman seemed frightened. Doubly so by the presence of Kunigas, whose white frock gave him away as a Naktian Priest. To Belar the only thing that mattered was that Annie was safe. Upon seeing Annie was not in danger, she put away her mace.
"Thank Lathana you are safe. We were afraid some of the more traditional goblins may have taken offence to your healing the wise woman, and attacked you. Kunigas can tell you more, I suppose" Belar said, glad that Annie was alive. Kunigas put his mace away on cue from his daughter.
"Hello, Annie. We haven't talked since you came into the hideout. I'm Kunigas, lest you have forgotten, I was the door guard when you came into the hideout for the first time." Kunigas reminded Annie. Just your friendly neighborhood gay boy!
