Vyras was almost captured at one point by Lexius, but escaped him, alas, his knee got smashed and he hasn't been able to walk on it without a stick ever since." Kunigas said.
"We have very similar nightmares. I remember being captured by vampires at one point and brought to a nearby vampire fort for interrogation. The sounds, of torture were horrible. Only reason I escaped was because there was a broken shard of pottery in my cell, which I sharpened into a shiv, when my interrogator, a fledgeling vampire, opened my cell, I jammed the shiv into his eye, and ran my way out of the fort being chased by vampires into the forest, I hid in a cave full of trolls for the morning, and made my way back into town once the sun set." Kunigas reminisced. "We all know what you are going through, if you need help come to me and talk. I am the resistance chaplain."
Belar looked at her book flipping through pages, and then said to the wise woman "Kivarra aevis fritel aethsvar" 'Sorry to frighten you' in ancient drowish. The goblin smiled " Ni net Kivarra," she said Belar looked through her book again and found the phrase she was looking for. 'Ni net Kivarra' meant 'Don't be sorry.' The Wise woman seemed grateful to be healed.
"Ai Belar" Belar said, appearing to introduce herself "Vis Annie," She said introducing Annie, " E vis Kunigas" introducing Kunigas as well. Upon seeing the Naktian priest, she shuddered
"Naktiide, evis Atakko!" she shouted. Belar looked at her book, and found the phrase she was looking for, " Annie, there is serious bad blood between these goblins and the Naktian Priests. She's calling for help" Belar looked through her book and said " Colm digento" "Naktiide evis net Atakko," meaning 'The Naktian Priest isn't here to fight you.' Just your friendly neighborhood gay boy!

Belar took in Annie's plea to tell the wise woman that they were in need of an alliance, but curiosity got the better of her. "Evessa vet atos Kunigas twi?" Belar said as she rifled through her book looking for phrases. The phrase meant: 'What did Kunigas do?'
The wise woman pointed at Kunigas "Naktiides tuno collapso, aetvil uso offa fra di Sudovia"
Belar looked through her book and translated it back to Sudovian, when she did, Belar was horrified: It translated to: 'The Naktians cut us off from the surface, and Sudovia'
"Kunigas, your order cut off these goblins from the surface? Why?" Belar said with a bit of anger.
"That was roughly 300 years before my time, our warriors did more than just cut them off though. These goblins hunted human and dwarven caravans for supplies, and so we opted to cut them off from the surface. We also, burnt their surface dwellings, and slaughtered goblin women and children on the surface, but that was before I even became a Naktian Priest. I'm the last of my order, please tell her that," Kunigas informed and begged his daughter.
Belar took a deep sigh, and rifled through her book, a few tense minutes of silence passed, then Belar looked at the wise woman and said "Kunigas, vist net e Naktiide a della" Which meant: Kunigas wasn't a Naktian back then. Belar spoke some more "Kunigas ae solo ditvar ordos" which meant" 'Kunigas is the last of his order.'
Belar spoke some more, "Kunigas dritt Aepologiso, apdo saek aedviso, oen Lathana's machanieco" which mean: 'Kunigas is here to apologize, and seek advice on Lathana's machinations."
The wise woman calmed down "Priive idd, sina timo aedo communo," she said. " Belar looked through her book, and then translated it back to Sudovian. "Spend time helping the community?" Belar asked, then translated it back into Ancient Drowish " Sina Timo aedo communo?"
The wise woman nodded. Just your friendly neighborhood gay boy!

Belar kept the alliance in the back of her head until now, she didn't think the wise woman would be too keen on an alliance just yet, but she had to make her intentions known. " Vampiet aer desmarro Sudocia, Wae saek aeliance" Which meant: 'Vampires are destroying Sudovia, we seek an alliance." The wise woman chuckled "Sooen, yarro" which was unchanged from modern drowish. It meant "Soon, child" she spoke "Sina timo aedo communo. Sae e marro vous ancestros haeve causo."
Which meant: Spend time and aid the community, see the destruction your ancestors have caused"
Belar nodded, then told Annie " Let's get a gauge on the destruction our ancestors have caused these poor goblins, and help where we can, Annie. Kunigas, you are free to join us in the meantime, you'll need our protection. I'm Not sure if the goblins will attack you on sight."
Kunigas sighed " I'm surprised they haven't tried to kill me yet, child" Kunigas said out loud. Just your friendly neighborhood gay boy!

Belar nodded and exited the yurt with Annie and Kunigas. As they descended down the rocky incline, Belar sighed, "If only you hadn't come along, Father, we'd have that alliance by now." she complained. Kunigas chuckled, "You sure about that, child? You also wouldn't have that book you use to translate their language." Kunigas said chidingly
Shit the old man has a poin t Belar thought to himself.
Kunigas began again, "More importantly, you and Annie have the trust of the wise woman. It is I who needs to gain her trust. Simply because of the bad blood between these goblins and the Naktians of old, I bear the brunt of their distrust, being a priest of their order. I have a suggestion." Kunigas said
" And that is?" Belar asked
"We clear the tunnel and allow them access to the surface." Kunigas said " And when I say 'we' I mean 'me' I am the last of the order, so it has to be me who unblocks the tunnel entrance to the surface."
Belar put her hand to her chin as if she was thinking. " Hmmmm"
