After a minute of trying for an answer, there was only silence. Elena latched her right hand onto the doorknob and twisted it to the left and Elena pushed the door open. The very instant she opened the door, she knew something was wrong. "The door's unlocked," she thought to herself, an alert lit up in her head.
She rushed into the house with the others following behind her. The room they entered was the living room, there were bookcases and wooden chairs and tables all scattered within the room. The floor was made of red carpet and the walls were wood and beige. There were red brinks that lined the lower half of the walls.
There was a fireplace in the center of the wall to Elena's left. She quickly kneeled down in front of the fireplace and she saw a secret entrance inside the fireplace's floor was opened. She leaned her body inside the fireplace and her pale blue eyes peer down the hole. Her eyes then widened as big as moons. What she saw was a lifeless body that was in a pool of crimson liquid.
The body was of a man who appeared to be a magic user, he wore black wizard's robes and there was a Rune that laid in the limp palm of his left hand. He laid there, his mouth hung ajar and his eyes were wildly opened. He was murdered by a slice across his throat that went from ear to ear. Elena had the breath pushed out of her lungs as her nostrils took in the smell of blood and death.
She gasped the air out sharply which made Uriel and Raphael both concerned. The two hastefully walked over to her. "What's the matter?" they both quickly questioned at the same time.
"T-they're dead," declared Elena as she pulled herself out of the mouth of the fireplace. "All of them. They're all dead." Raphael's restlessness and unease hit an all-time high. His heart began to pound like a rapid drum solo in his chest. As the group tried to take in this new discovery, there were eyes and daggers that glared with bloodlust down upon them.

Chapter 5: The Hunt for the Hunters
Tomorrow or the following day you'll finally get that chapter. My lack of a mood can be blamed for this long delay. However, I have found reason to believe that I may have a way to awaken my mood. So, hopefully that'll work. If not, expect me to put up "I'll post a chapter whenever I feel like it" rather than every other week.
So, yeah, sorry for the lack of a chapter. It will surely appear THIS week.
The Lumbridge Resistance realized that their allies here in the city of nobles laid silent down below in their secret base. Blood flowed without rest down behind the neck of a magic user that stared up at Elena without any sign of life gleaming from his eyes. His irises were faded, his breath vanished without a trace.
Elena stared down at the lifeless magic user with remorse written like a novel all over her face. "Reese..." she named under her breath. Just as she spoke out to the man, she then began to have this strange chill fall up and down her spine. She couldn't place a reason but she knows from experience that such a feeling is never good.
The young archer pulled herself out of the grips of the horrible odor and out of the mouth of the fireplace. She seemed extremely concerned as this cold feeling wrapped it's self around her like a sheet of winter. Raphael was having a feeling similar to that of Elena's, only it mounted uneasiness and apprehension.
Uriel turned his turquoise irises towards Elena, they bled concern and the need for an absolute action. Elena saw the look on Uriel, she knew that this boy never gives such a look unless something completely horrible was upon them. Stuck to the corners of the ceiling on top of the young resistance's heads were some of the familiar black hoods.
Their bodies were at the corners of the room, where the ceiling and wall met. Their feet and hands were pressing against the walls, they appeared almost like spiders hanging. Their eyes came in many colors but they were all the same. They gazed down upon the three with death and murder on their minds.
