They got up, staring fearfully at Zamorak. Zamorak led Karzit* up through the gap in the wall, joining them. "I will claim the title of Dark Lord, if that is alright with you, Kazla," he said.
"Of course, my Lord," Kazla replied, trying to avoid looking the god directly in the eye.
"Good. Karzit*, you and Kazla follow me. As you were," he added to the guards, who scurried along the wall to do something, anything to get them out of the presence of the returned god.
--------
Zamorak took his seat at the round table deep in the underground compound. Karzit* sat on his right, and Kazla took his place at his left, all at equal distances around the table . "Gentlemen," Zamorak began, morphing his face from the dark haired human to a more beastly look, with tan skin and reminiscent of a beat-demon cross. His eyes also changed from jet black to piercing red, filled with the pure, undaunted look of chaos. "Now that we're comfortable, we must get to work. You two are my Generals now, so we must plan for my domination of this world."
"My Lord, we are at your service," Kazla replied.
"Excellent," Zamorak replied. "Now, firstly, what is the reaction amongst the people?"
"Generally, my Lord, they are thrilled," Karzit* spoke up. "They would fight at the wave of a hand."
"That is what I wanted to hear. I need a strong base to begin my attack."
"My Lord," said Kazla, "I have few people here, for not many survived the slaughter at Xothara. We will need many more to formulate any sort of attack, and they will not come with the silver dragon patrolling the skies."
Zamorak scowled. "I am aware of this. But there are many Zamorakans in hiding all over the Wilderness, enough to build an army. We must gather them, and for that we will need larger accommodations."
"Where are you suggesting, my Lord?" asked Karzit*.
Zamorak gave a wide grin. "We are going to rebuild the Palace of Agaben."
