And no I'm not done yet, 108k/125k x.x, you're slowing me down so much!
So far I'll say this because with what I read it seems like you keep saying Priffindas is operational, while last time I checked the WHOLE city went back to its orignal state, a giant crystal seed. I may be wrong however but it seems it would either need a bigger to start to which the seed would be transformed back into a city by the enemy's clan or a whole other quest.

I'll add more remarks as I go on.
Maybe you could say instead that you'd need to use the path and with the help of elves, remake the city from its original state, to seek the knowledge in the library or something alike, to fight back, I don't know, throwing ideas in.
The 4 options about when you're talking to KT(To avoid spoilers, I'll use this), they should always be available as long as you can talk to them, shouldn't it? you haven't mentioned wether or not it stays.
Please take into consideration I'm not as "attuned" to elves lore as I'm attuned with mahjarrats/Zarosian/Zamorakian/Saradominist lore :/
Oh no, prifddinas is indeed still a seed. However, where do the elves go? With Lord Iorwerth holding the city with an iron grip, they can't exactly just leave. So they "try" to adapt... But after the quest, the city is once again made up of sparkling crystal spires...
I think you'll be very satisfied how that happens.

To be honest, where do they go? nowhere they die inside the seed of the crystal city, how could they have escaped, as the conclusion said everything in the city reverted, but I've still not finished where I was, -sigh- it's hard to read tbh
I know it's hard to read. D: I originally wrote it in Microsoft word, and apon copying and pasting, it turned out all messy like this.
And they can't simply "die" from the crystal-seeding. Lord Iorwerth survived, somehow. If it turns out that everyone simply died, it's just really poor story telling from jagex's point of view.
As odd as it sounds, I always imagined the city either "collapsing" into the seed, literally moving around the citizens. Or just flash of white, bam! Seed.
