Arianwyn: “Yes, Player. How does it feel to be the first human to see Prifddinas?”
Player options: 1: *It’s the most beautiful thing I’ve ever seen.*
Arianwyn: “I’m glad you think so. It’s all thanks to you.”
2: “I’m not impressed.*
Arianwyn: “Oh… well, I suppose you need to be an Elf to truly appreciate Prifddinas.”
(Both options lead to this next part of the quest)
*A Tyras guard and an Lletyan Elf warrior ascends the staircase, along with Lord Iorworth, still in his handcuffs*
Tyras guard: “Generals? What do you want us to do with the Elf Lord?”
Islwyn: “I say kill him! He has brought nothing but pain to my clan!”
Junior Cadet Finda: “Yes, but if we do that, are we any better than the Iorworth Clan? He is defeated, and defenceless.”
Islwyn: “Still, I deserve proper retribution! He killed nearly every member of my once proud clan!”
Arianwyn: “Enough! Player has lead us this far, he/she will decide what we do with Lord Iorworth.”
Lord Iorworth: “I… I’m not done ye...”
*The Tyras guard punches Lord Iorworth in the face*
Player options: 1: “He deserves death.”
Islwyn: “Wise choice, human.”
2: “Imprisonment is a fit punishment.”
Junior Cadet Finda: “Glad you think that way.”
(Both options lead to this next line of dialogue)
Strange voice: “STOP!”
*The ground shakes*
Arianwyn: “What’s happening? Who’s voice is that?”
Eluned: “Perhaps we should get off this tower?”
Player: “No, wait… I know who’s voice that is…”
*Seren sprouts out of the ground, in a teleport similar to stepping on a Grand Seed pod, but cyan rather than brown. She now looks entirely different, almost completely made out of crystal, as seen in Jagex concept art.*
I’m not great at this game, but I do love quests.

Seren: “No! You must not choose a punishment for this one. All clans must live in together in balance.”
Arianwyn: “Are… Are you Lady Seren?”
Eluned: “It must be! Just look at her!”
Islwyn: “My lady, it is an honor.”
*All the Elves except the shackled Lord Iorworth fall to their knees before Seren, leaving the only ones standing you and the Tyras guard.*
Seren: “Oh get up. I did not come here to be worshipped; I came here to see my crystal city once last time before I die.”
Arianwyn: “Die?! My lady, you mustn’t die! You are the goddess of life, without you, the world will die!”
Seren: “I am aware of that, Arianwyn. In my isolation, death was the only thing I dreamt of. But as the crystal gained power, so did I. I realised my existence is crucial if I want this world to live on.”
Player: “But I thought you said you wanted to see your city before you die?”
Seren: “This was true. Even after I came to my senses about my existence, I did still want to see my city before I die. In other words, I simply did*’t want the Iorworth Clan to control the city for the rest of my life.”
Islwyn: “If you wanted the Iorworth Clan out of power, why did*’t you want us to kill Iorworth?”
Seren: “Because he is still a member of the Elf race a whole. No Elf should kill a defenceless Elf.”
Arianwyn: “So we should leave him unpunished?”
Seren: “That is your choice. I may not be able to die, but I do not want to control your lives anymore. The world belongs to mortals now.*
Arianwyn: “But then who will lead the Elfkind?”
Seren: “Well Arianwyn, I thought perhaps you would take the responcibility.”
Arianwyn: “Me?! I’m sorry my Lady, but I do not think I am worthy of this privilege!”
Seren: “Well, you did not seem to have a problem with leading the people of Lletya!”
I’m not great at this game, but I do love quests.

Islwyn: “Wait, but if you wanted the clans to live in balance, why would there be one ruler of the Elves as a whole?”
Seren: “Balance, yes. Unity, no. As you know all too well, the Cadarn Clan left Tirannwn, and the Iorworth Clan took control. The Trachwant Clan became mercenaries. The Ddewr Clan became rebellious. The Elves need one advisory ruler to insure that the other Elves do not get into trouble. So Arianwyn, will you accept the position?”
Arianwyn: “When you put it that way, I am honored, and I could not refuse. Thank you, my Lady.”
Seren: “That is good to hear. You may live here, in the Tower of Voices, if you wish. I would like to join you, if you would allow me to.”
Arianwyn: “Of course. It is your tower, after all.”
Seren: “*Was* mine. Now it is yours. But I think it is time you address your people.”
Arianwyn: “Yes, I suppose you’re right. Islwyn, Eluned, call up the citizens of Prifddinas, and tell them to come towards this tower.”
Islwyn: “It will be done, my Lord.”
*Islwyn and Eluned descend the staircase*
Player: “What are you going to tell them, Aria- I mean, Lord Arianwyn?”
Arianwyn: “Oh, you will see Player. I think you’ll like it too.”
I’m not great at this game, but I do love quests.

*The screen fades to black, to reveal Arianwyn standing on the balcony of the Tower of Voices, accompanied by you, Seren, Finda (now renamed ‘Lady Finda’), and a shackled, hunched over Lord Iorworth, with countless Elves of all clans below, looking up towards the tower.*
Arianwyn: “Citizens of Prifddinas! Your days of being dictated by Lord Iorworth are at an end! I am Arianwyn, leader of the former rebellion, and I bring a new era to Elves, with our true deity, Seren, the goddess of life.”
*The audience cheers*
Arianwyn: “The people of Prifddinas deserve to be free, and that is what I promise to bring. No more threats, and no more fear, to other Elves, or to other races. On this day, I declare that there will be no more exclusion from our great city, and humans, gnomes, or otherwise are free to enter our city. To the men from West Ardougne, that risked their lives to serve their late King, who had the goal of bringing an end to the darkness that spread over our land, I invite all of you to live here, as the first human residents in the crystal city.”
*The audience cheers*
Arianwyn: “And further more… This shivering, weak, shackled Elf; ‘Lord Iorworth’, will be exiled from the city of Prifddinas at hence, to never return. Any of his followers may join him, and leave the city. Any other member of the Iorworth Clan, who wishes to live in peace, may stay in our city, and is to be treated as our equal.”
*The audience cheers*

Arianwyn: “But of course, none of this could have been possible without one human, one simple man/woman, who fulfilled our prophecies. He/she started by the simple task from saving a woman from a cruel organization, to discovering the best-kept secret of the human lands, to single-handily defeating a powerful mage who called himself the son of Zamorak. He/she went on to discovering our race, and our ongoing war against the ones who conquered our city. He/she restored the sanctity of the grave to one of our queens, to infiltrating the deep ranks of our enemy’s greatest agents, to even rediscovering the Temple of Light! He/she took it a step further, to going within the light, and found the passage that lead to the liberation of our city! This one human, has truly earned his/her title of ‘Champion of the Elves’!”
*The audience cheers exceptionally loud*
Seren: “Ah, yes, Player, that gives me an idea. For all your help, bring me one of your pieces of crystal equipment, and I will enhance it for you.”
Arianwyn: “And so, my good Elves, I now say to you: Go live in peace, amongst the crystal, and amongst all life.” (Ends conversation)
*The screen fades to black, to reveal you on the top floor of the Tower of Voices, beside Seren, and Arianwyn is down stairs.*
I’m not great at this game, but I do love quests.

Congratulations!! QUEST COMPLETE!
Rewards:
100,000 Agility experience.
150,000 Thieving experience.
90,000 Herblore experience.
Enhanced Crystal Equipment.
“Champion of the Elves” title and a second title according to your battle plan in the quest.
Ability to create Dark Curse weapon poisons.
Full access to the city of Prifddinas! ( Coming soon, perhaps? From what I've heard, Jagex will release it in parts... So this quest may take before it's release?)

Post Quest notes:
After the quest, you can find Lady Finda in the south-west quadrant of the city, living amongst Trachwant Clan mages. Talk to her to receive a special title.
Lady Finda: “Player! It’s so good to see you again! As you can see, I took up the role as leader of the Trachwant Clan!”
Player: “You did*’t head back to A.R.M.S.?”
Lady Finda: “Nope! It was pointless, really. I’d rather be Lady of an Elf Clan, rather than some low-ranking cadet. My cousin Lil said she would manage the Elves back at A.R.M.S. Most of my Clan went back too, but a few of us said we’d want to live in the city our ancestors were from!”
Player: “That’s great! What do you do now in the role of Elf nobility?”
Lady Finda: “Due to my expertise, they placed me in the role as head of city security and military. You know… Speaking of military, I was very impressed at what you managed during liberation Prifddinas. I have a special title for you!”
(If you chose to mobilise the armies for the Battle of Prifddinas, you are offered the ‘Elf commander’ title. If you chose to join Arianwyn and fight under the city, you are offered the ‘Warrior of Elves’ title.)
Player options: 1: “(Activate title)
Lady Finda: “Enjoy!” (Ends conversation)
2: “No thanks.”
Lady Finda: “Very well. Good day.” (Ends conversation)
You can also talk to Seren on the top floor of the Tower of Voices, with a crystal bow or shield. She can enhance them for you, to give them infinite charges.
I’m not great at this game, but I do love quests.

Seren: “Hello Player. I hope you’re enjoying the city!”
Player: “Yes, it is beautiful.”
Seren: “Would you like me to enhance one of your pieces of crystal equipment, or do you want to ask me anything?”
Player options: 1: "Actually, I do have some more questions..."
Seren: "Of course. What did you want to know?"
(These are the same questions you can ask Seren in her cave during the quest)
2: "About crystal weapons..."
(If you don’t have any crystal equipment with you)
Player: “Sorry, I don’t have any.”
Seren: “Very well, come back with a fully-charged crystal weapon if you wish for me to enhance it!” (Ends conversation)
(If you have a piece with you)
Player: “Yes, I have a fully-charged crystal bow/shield right here.”
Seren: “Would you like me to commune with the crystal for you? It will have infinite energy, but it is also permanent.”
Player options: 1: “No, don’t do that to my crystal!”
Seren: “Very well. Come back if you change your mind.” (Ends conversation)
2: “Here you go.”
Seren: *Seren chants to the bow/shield, and the crystal seems to shine even brighter.*
Seren: “Here you are, Player. I hope it assists you in your travels.” (Ends conversation)
She will turn your crystal bow or shield into an “enhanced crystal bow” or “enhanced crystal shield”. The difference is that they now have infinite charges, but the effect is permanent, and the items are untradable once enhanced.
Lletya is as it used to be, but with Arianwyn and Gwir not there. If you talk to Ilfeen (who is in the town), she will tell you that they moved to Prifddinas, and have a trading route with Lletya.
The Elf Camp is still there, with Iorworth Elf Warriors, and Lord Iorworth. You may talk to him, if you like.
Lord Iorworth: “I underestimated you, Player. I thought by you joining the rebellion, it would lead to your demise. I never thought you would lead it to victory. I may despise the rebels, but you have my admiration.” (Ends conversation)
I’m not great at this game, but I do love quests.

I’m sure most of you hate that Iorworth is still alive, but I needed to keep him in for Treasure trails!
Eluned and Islwyn can no longer be found in Isafdar; rather they are in Prifddinas, with Islwyn in the north-west quadrant of the city, and Eluned in the north-east quadrant. If you talk to Eluned after the quest, she can give you the option to allow your teleport crystals to teleport you to the Tower of Voices in Prifddinas.
Arianwyn can be found at the bottom floor of the Tower of Voices.
Gwir can be found in the great library under Prifddinas.
In the north-west quadrant of the city, you can return to where the training centre once stood, and find Boulter, who you can trade to buy new Crystal Bows, new Crystal Shields, and Crystal seeds.
After the quest, Prifddinas is NOT instanced.
Junior Cadet Bertold is no longer present at the Mobilising Armies Command Centre.
I’m not great at this game, but I do love quests.

Each quadrant of Prifddinas has a different noticeable resource. The north-west quadrant has Boulter, as well as an Elf craftsman, who will sell you flatpack crystal-based furniture for your player-owned house. He sells flatpack furniture for tables, chairs, and benches (but not thrones). The north-east quadrant has a bank, as well as a large summoning obelisk. The south-east quadrant has an Elf musician to rest at, a general store, and a tree farming patch (Elves have to grow their own food). The south-west quadrant holds pickpocket-able, unnamed Elves, with standard loot. Scattered around the city there are Lletyan Elf Archers, Iorworth Elf warriors, and Trachwant Elf mages, as guards of the city. They are all attackable, useful for slayer tasks. At the center of the city, in the Tower of Voices, there is an altar to Seren, that will also give you a bonus +10% prayer points when praying at. Dotted around the map are stores of all types; fishing stores, archery stores, armour stores, etc... ( And more! Jagex had a bucket of ideas for Prifddinas. I'm excited to see what they are. One such thing is said to be "Crystal singing".
You can also create dark curse weapon poisons, which when applied, does 30% more damage, and 30% more accuracy than a weapon poison++. It is untradeable.
Talking to any Mourner in West Ardougne while wearing full Mourner costume will have them tell you that: “Lord Iorworth has been overthrown! Many of us are leaving the human city, but I have nowhere to go…”
You can talk to the attackable Tyras guards at the Tyras Camp after the quest, and they will tell you they wish to stay and live in the forest, now that they are at peace. All the unattackable Tyras Guards are gone.
You can also do a miniquest, by talking to an unattackable Tyras Guard after the quest, who is found at the Tower of Voices.
Tyras Guard: “General, I have this for you.”
*The Tyras Guard gives you a letter*
I’m not great at this game, but I do love quests.

Player: “What is it?”
Tyras Guard: “It’s a letter from King Tyras, sir. I found it in the ashes of his tent after the battle. It seems to be miraculously undamaged. It’s addressed to you, but I did*’t dare open it. (Ends conversation)
Open the letter. It will read this:
“Dear Player, or should I say, General Player. I’m sorry I could not give this letter to you in person, but I discovered I would be dead by the time the Siege of Prifddinas was over. I trust you lead the army to victory, and the city is now free of that tyrant Iorworth. I knew that Iorworth would send another assassin after me, but I wasn’t sure what method of assassination he would go about. So I sealed myself in my tent, and wrote this letter. I enchanted it to be immune to any form of physical damage, so that it would not be destroyed before it could be delivered it to you. I do, however, ask you of one thing, something that I knew I would never live to see the day of: I want you to travel back to West Ardougne, and tell my city that the plague is a hoax. When Arianwyn told me of how the ‘Mourners’ were treating my people, I was brought to tears. Please, go to the city warder; Bravek, and tell him that I did not betray my people, I was fighting for them. Every time I felt there was no point in fighting anymore, I dreamed of seeing my people. I ask you, show this letter to Bravek, and do one last service for me. With respect, King Tyras.”
Player: “Tyras* That old fool. I’ll deliver this to Bravek.”
Bring the letter to Bravek in West Ardougne.
I’m not great at this game, but I do love quests.
