In the realm of the gods, Saradomin twitched. Dionysius whined about not being properly appreciated, but then, when the very god who gave him the majority of his powers contacted him, first via an owl, secondly via a temple knight, and finally directly through telepathy, Dionysius entirely ignored him.
“Why did I make that man my chosen?” Saradomin grumbled.
“Old Dissy being stubborn again?” asked Zamorak, walking over to Saradomin with a bag of popcorn in his hands.
“And now Zamorak is here,” groaned Saradomin, “This is the best day ever!”
“Glad to here it, Sara-wussy,” said Zamorak, “Now let me show you how a real god’s chosen behaves.”
“Your chosen, is Iban, right?” asked Saradomin, “He’s dead, so how are you going to have him do anything?”
“Well, he’s not going to be dead in a few moments, mister smarty-pants,” said Zamorak, “I’m about to resurrect him!”
“Isn’t that against the Edicts?” questioned Saradomin.
“Edicts, Schmedicts,” replied Zamorak, “Old Skull-Face isn’t looking and rules are meant to be broken anyway.”
Saradomin thought for a moment about letting Guthix know about Zamorak’s little plan, but with a little more thinking he realized that he could use Guthix’s inattention to his advantage.
Dionysius continued to sip his tea. “Ah,” he said to himself, “This truly is a fine day, no work, no responsibilities, just my tea, a nice book and-”
Dionysius’ monologue was interrupted as a thunderbolt shot through his roof, and began writing into his floor: “Dionysius, get your lazy butt off that chair and over to the Law Temple, NOW!!!"
Rolling his eyes, Dionysius stood up. “Gods,” he sighed under his breath as he walked to the door. As soon as he opened it, the silence spell he had cast earlier was broken, and he found himself listening to a temple knight blabber things about “not ignoring the messengers of Saradomin,” and “what kind of Saradominist robs banks anyways?”
"He appears in the Form of a Man with many Countenances; and he hath a Book in his right hand. His Office is to teach all Arts and Sciences unto any; and to declare the Secret Counsel of any one."
