This evening I completed Daily Challenges in Firemaking, Crafting, and Combat. First, I burned 10 yew logs on a bonfire. Next, I teleported to Burthorpe. I killed 5 cows and used their hides to make 5 leather shields. Then I teleported to Edgeville, where I entered the dungeon to kill 10 poison spiders.
I used the challenge XP lamp to reach 66 Ranged. This unlocked the Incendiary Shot ability.
Sounds like fun.

Another month has passed since I arrived on Gielinor. Here are my current stats.

This afternoon I won two large prismatic lamps and a giant prismatic lamp on Treasure Hunter. I rubbed the first large XP lamp to attain 66 Magic, and the second large XP lamp to get 65 Fishing. I used the giant XP lamp to reach 75 Prayer.
I can now wear swordfish gloves.
Later on, I completed Daily Challenges in Prayer, Mining, and Runecrafting. First, I buried 5 sets of bones and 5 sets of big bones in front of the Lumbridge Market bank chest. Next, I teleported to Varrock and headed to the southwest mine, where I mined 27 iron ores and found two geodes. I sold the iron ores on the Grand Exchange. Both geodes contained a spirit shard. I banked the shards and teleported to Draynor.
I ran south to the Wizards' Tower. I siphoned 8 air runes in the Runespan before I teleported back to Lumbridge.
Redeeming these Daily Challenges got me 65 Runecrafting. I could now craft death runes outside of Daemonheim, if I was a member. I've been able to craft death runes while Dungeoneering for some time already. This world of Gielinor does not always make the most sense.

This afternoon I completed Daily Challenges in Dungeoneering, Firemaking, and Thieving. Once again, I used a challenge token to skip the Dungeoneering task. Next, I burned 10 yew logs on a bonfire east of the Lumbridge Market bank chest. Upon burning the second yew log, I reached 84 Firemaking. Then I pickpocketed a man wandering around Lumbridge Market. Two of my attempts failed and the cretin assaulted me! I successfully lightened the mongrel's coin pouch six times to satisfy the challenge. Once he was of no further use to me, I disected him with a single sweep of my Rainbow Scythe.
Later on, after I returned from trading an hour of my DXP time to Nic in exchange for 50 credits at the Grand Exchange, I returned to Lumbridge Market, where I trained Fletching on a stack of 60 protean logs. I burned up some BXP, but did not gain a new Fletching level.

This evening I took 60 protean logs from my bank. Someone had deployed a portable brazier near the Lumbridge Market bank chest. I made use of this opportunity and burned half my inventory of protean logs in this brazier. In the process, I burned up all my Firemaking BXP.
I used the Fletch & Burn option on the 30 protean logs remaining in my backpack. Upon fletching and burning log #27, I reached 69 Fletching.
I can now make rune bolts and yew crossbows.
