Dear Diary,
This evening I completed Daily Challenges in Cooking, Fletching, and Combat. First, I brought 10 raw crayfish to the Lumbridge Castle kitchen and successfully cooked all of them. I banked the crayfish, then took 6 yew logs and 6 bowstrings from the Lumbridge Market bank chest. I carved and strung 6 yew shortbows. I banked these bows before I teleported to Edgeville.
I battled the poison spiders inside Edgeville Dungeon. As I approached the corridor to their lair, two spiders were lurking near the entrance. I used the Cleave ability to wound both spiders, and they both attacked me at once. I acted quickly, slaying one then the other. I advanced into the cave. The third spider met me at the far end of the corridor. I swung Arteria with a mighty Cleave, killing the spider with a single blow! I continued easily dispatching these spiders until I reached my target goal of 15. As I began walking back towards the animated skeletons, one poison spider chose to attack me. A bad decision the spider did not live to regret. I left the dungeon and banked 10 bones I had found within.
Redeeming today's Daily Challenges got me 63 Cooking.

Dear Diary,
I have now completed the first ten tiers of the current Yak Track - Path Of The Creators II.
I don't generally pay much attention to these obvious MTX "events". I despise pay-to-win tactics in games. Success should be earned, not bought.
Upon finishing task 10, I can now summon the Drake Of Bik pet. The examine message for this beast reads "A ferocious plated drake." I decided to put this claim to the test.
After my Daily Challenges in Thieving, Fishing, and Mining were done, I teleported us to Al Kharid. The drake and I headed north to the mine. I fought several scorpions, while the drake did nothing but watch me. It made movements as if to threaten the scorpions, but it would not engage them in combat. Describing this pet as "ferocious" is quite generous.
I mined the uncommon gem rocks for some time. I chose to cut the sapphires and rubies I found, then fletched these gems into bolt tips. I saved the emeralds in my pack until I had accumulated 564 sapphire bolt tips, 204 ruby bolt tips, and 26 uncut emeralds. I then cut the emeralds before returning to Varrock, where I sold the sapphire bolt tips on The Grand Exchange and banked everything else. Currently, I have 800 adamant bolts and nearly 700 ruby bolt tips in my bank. Soon, I will begin to fashion ruby bolts.

Dear Diary,
Last night I received my seventh antique chest from the Loot Duels promo. It was about two and a half months ago since the last time I opened one of these chests.
Inside the chest I found an Imcando Channeling Rod.
This is another P2P item.
Previously I have found a Flaming Head, an Imcando Axe, an Imcando Pistol, a Leprechaun Hat. a Silver Hawk, and Sunglasses inside antique chests. The Golden Cane is the only rare I have yet to obtain from an antique chest. Yes, I could spend 100 oddments to buy the cane instantly - but what would be the challenge in that? Besides, it's not as though I can use the item anyway.

Dear Diary,
This afternoon I entered Edgeville Dungeon and fought the poison spiders there. After I had killed 49 of them, the spiders stopped being aggressive towards me. I killed five more poison spiders, then the spiders became aggressive towards me again starting with #55. No matter. I continued exterminating them. After wounding the 60th poison spider with a mighty blow from Arteria, I killed it with a powerful Backhand. As this spider died, I reached Attack, Constitution, Defence and Strength level 73 as well as Combat Level 92. I dispatched four more spiders before I left.
Back at the room with the animated skeletons, I decided to dismiss my Drake Of Bik pet, which had been following me around for the past five days. Not only is this creature useless in combat, it can actually be a distraction. No, I don't want my pet to perform its emote - I'm busy fighting here! Within this dungeon room, I also used up a half dozen medium prismatic lamps I had accumulated, gaining XP in Attack, Constitution, Defence, Strength, Magic, and Ranged. This got me Magic and Ranged level 64.
