Yak To Basics update:
I more than completed Task #37 after mining 300 runite ores and 300 luminite in and around the Mining Guild for a total of 600/595 ores. While working on this task, I also found 92 geodes. Halfway there!
On my final run through the Mining Guild, I said "Good day miners." to a group of accounts all mining the same runite rock. No response. As I finished mining runite, and prepared to collect the last of the luminite I needed, I said "Watch out for zombies!". Nothing. A moment later I used the Raise The Dead emote to stomp a "zombie" into the ground. Nothing. I did it again. Nothing. I said "Stay safe." and went to mine luminite. On my way back through towards the ladders to the surface, I used the Proto Pack emote to blast a "ghost" next to the accounts mining runite. Still nothing. I returned to the Artisans' Workshop, where I banked my ores, opened the 92 geodes I had found, and claimed my reward.
I received the Apprentice's Backpack cosmetic override.
You have to have fun whenever you can. Otherwise, your life will just feel like one long grindfest, in-game and in real life.
For Task #38, I can kill 2,700 monsters or Skill and Kill 35 times.
Yet again, Skilling and Killing is the reasonable option. I have yet to do my dailies for today, so those will help to complete this task. Aslon Dak: Still 'Scaping after 19 years!

Hehe, I saw Scouse noticed his song. Hopefully, he enjoyed it. Kristen helped me with this song. In fact, she came up with the title. While I was working on the song, I was trying to decide whether to call it Friday Where Is Scouse? or Friday Here Is Scouse. So I asked Kristen for her opinion. She thought for a moment, and said "What about Friday Hello Scouse?" I replied "Yes! That's what we're calling it!"

Yak To Basics update:
I completed Task #38 by Skilling and Killing 35 times. This was accomplished through my daily activities, by killing scorpions and dark wizards, and by starting a Daily Divination Challenge. As soon as I began harvesting the first pale wisp, this task was done.
For Task #39 I can smelt 1,700 adamant/rune bars or burn 900 magic logs.
I have plenty of yew logs in the bank, but I have no magic logs. F2P cannot cut magic trees - but we can burn magic logs. Jagex logic.
I also have plenty of luminite and runite ore, so I'll be smelting rune bars. Aslon Dak: Still 'Scaping after 19 years!
