Thanks! Hunting for the recipes put me pretty close! With that in mind, I made one last push over the weekend to unlock it all. I'll likely end up with 200m Farming over DXP, but with four whole dinosaur breeds left to unlock, I'll be over 200m by the time that's all done.

I reached out to a JaGex Moderator who helped with the first Artisan event about my prayer idea. I also asked if it would be possible to use one to fully upgrade the Crafting Guild, which only received a minor lick of paint last time (the building itself is still very dated). Whilst there aren't any events planned, he informed me that an event such as this would be exactly the sort of thing that they'd do. In his response, he enquired about the sort of things that I would expect to see as rewards from such an event.

My gut answer was a monk's outfit, along with animation overrides for burying bones, scattering ashes, and offering both at altars. Maybe I have planed a seed? :P

(I didn't suggest any pets :P )

Congrats on unlocking the Halloween stuff. I need to go back and grab the scythe soon.

That sounds great, Trewavas! Like I've said before, Prayer is pretty grindy to train in F2P, but it is better now than it used to be. A Prayer event is something I'd certainly check out! :)

Making Pesty's soup is the best way of earning additional Spooky Tokens once you have completed the Halloween miniquests.

This afternoon, I finally completed Task #26 after Skilling and Killing 60 times. Once I had finished my daily tasks today, I was at 53/60, so I decided to employ one of my favorite methods of training several skills together, in order to be done with this task. I ran to the mine north of Al Kharid, where I killed a few scorpions. Then I entered the resource dungeon there, where I mined the precious gem rocks, cut the gems, and fletched these cut gems into bolt tips. Shortly after I began mining the fourth inventory of emeralds, rubies, and diamonds, I had completed the Yak Track task.

It does not appear that taking part in the 2020 Halloween event advanced the Skill and Kill task much, if at all. That was disappointing. If it worked as I hoped it would, I'd have completed this task days earlier. :(

For Task #27, I can either mine 595 luminite/runite ores or craft/siphon 1,035 body runes. Five trips to the Mining Guild will be more than enough for this task. Aslon Dak: Still 'Scaping after 19 years!

I did warn you about the soup! :O So now you're a pile of bones. :( Nobody has tried to bury you for 5 XP in Prayer, have they? My friend Adriana has told me she has used the bone brooch to transform into bones, then ask unsuspecting nearby players to bury her because she was cold - and she says some have tried! :P

This afternoon, I more than completed Task #27 after making three combined trips to the Mining Guild and to the Dwarven Mine. I mined 300 luminite and 300 runite ores, for a total of 600/595 ores. While I was underground, I also got 120 iron ore and 100 coal.

For Task #28, I can either smith 55 adamant/rune items or smelt 1,720 adamant/rune bars.

So yeah, I am currently smithing rune arrowheads. The Artisans' Workshop was quite busy when I arrived. This apparently put a strain on the shop's system. By the time I had smithed 10 sets of rune arrowheads, I encountered three burst pipes, which I mended. The first two were the same pipe, which it seemed I didn't do such a great job at fixing the first time! O_o The second time that pipe burst, the pipe beside it also burst a few seconds later! :O

I'm not sure this Artisans' Workshop is entirely safe. Aslon Dak: Still 'Scaping after 19 years!

I more than completed Task #28 by smithing 56/55 sets of rune arrowheads. This amounted to 4,200 arrowheads, which I have banked.

For Task #29, I could complete 14 Abandoned 2 dungeon floors or harpoon 530 swordfish.

I could also use my skips or just forget the rest of this bloody Yak Track. Aslon Dak: Still 'Scaping after 19 years!
