Hunting for a vissy, in my experience over the years (a few thousand kills + camping metals/kbd/blk drags) never got me anything :S
Got my first one a few months ago not expecting it, randomly killing a mith drag. :)

Good luck on getting a visage, I've not had such luck with one.
Killed around 500 frosts
I'm 99 slayer and I like to kill miths from time to time
got 35 chewed bones in bank @ around 1:15 drop rate, that's 400-500 mithril dragons.
I've killed 200 black dragons No luck
KBD - 40-50 kills, Had a head.
Steel dragons - 800 ish
Irons: 1.5k+

It's all luck, I wear a ring of wealth, but my step friend has recieved all of his WITHOUT a row.
