Best of luck to you! You will probably be after that vissy for the sake of having had that drop, because it would be far more profitable to part in other PvM activities
As for myself, 97 slayer has not given me a visage, and I do all metal dragon tasks. You're looking at over 20k dragons there. However, I got one from frost dragons after only 65 kills. I therefore think it might be worth your while to combat all possible vissy-droppers.
Also, if you are looking for profit while you search for your visage, mithril dragons are recommended. I know frosts may be more, but they will bore you quite fast.

Just cos theres a drop rate its not set in stone that your going to get a vissy within those kills or even double its just pure luck, but gl with ur vissy hunt

The way I look at vissage drops is a roulet wheel, which has about 500 slots on it, which, one of which is a vissage. I got a vissage from irons, which came after killing tons, but i could of just as easily gotten on my first kill. The best way you can set yourself up to get a vissage would be to decide which dragon you can kill the fastest, but take into account the higher level dragons have better chances.
and plus, vissys are only about 10m now? eh i would rather go to tds
