I must have killed tens of thousands of metal dragons over the last few years, and never got one.
Decided to visit Barrows after the update - second run, visage drop (double loot from one chest with Guthan's skirt) :D

I'm really curious just what the droprate of that visage is.
It seems more common then any specific barrows piece (By which I mean not more common then getting a random barrows piece, but more common then specifically getting a karils skirt or something.) 7:46 speedrun for "Lurkers in the Woods"

I think its based on that random chance over all you could kill one monster for months and months and months and still get nothing or kill it for one day and get the item.
But hope you get your visage your looking for eventually its nice seeing it on the ground and being like omg wow.
But good luck getting one its nice seeing it there when you least expect it
