Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra crashes 100% of the time after logging in.

Tried reinstalling app, clearing data, clearing cache, nothing works. This has been going on for months now and it is a bit ridiculous at this point.

Samsung note 20. After last Android update the game was horrible. Graphic issues were fixed from what i.noticed but the game crashes constantly. Use hometeleport or harvest fruit trees and it crashes. Open a separate browser window to look up a clue and it crashes. Like it was forced closed. It's gotten to the point where I can barely play because it's gotten so bad. Some days they aren't that bad and others it won't even load the game before it crashes. Cant even do dung because it crashes soon as I go into a floor and then I'm locked out for 10 mins until the dungeon times out. A month of reporting hasn't fixed issues.

I have videos of the issues happening but you guys don't allow anything sent to guys through email and I kept being redirected to.the forums that are filled with the same complaints. Tried numerous outlets and even messaging customer support and no response. But I do have videos taking up space on my phone if you guys would like to see it in action. Just need a way to send them....

I have discovered a graphical error. This error occurs on my Samsung S21 Ultra, but does not occur on my Samsung S10. Runescape is set up identically on both devices. The graphical issue I am having on the S21 Ultra is that some items will not display and no items (inventory or bank) have any quantities.

Hi, im currently using a z fold 2 5g and experience crashes when teleporting or even starting any combat interactions. Lowering the graphics changes nothing as the game still crashes. Please fix asap!!!! Lost over 20m the past month from the game just simply freezing up. Seems to be an issue with the new operating system for androids with the newesr update. Not sure. Please fix!!!!!

When trying to start the application I keep seeing q message saying "game server did not respond. Retrying". Yes I'm connected to the internet and the osrs mobile app works fine. Anyone else having this issue or know a way to fix it?

I sometimes play on mobile devices being a Samsung S20 Ultra, Samsung S7+ 5G and now an S21 Ultra. All devices connected to NBN wifi at home. Game totally freezes while collecting materials at Stormguard and I have to close app before I can open and play again.
Crashes are when the cache depletes, not every time but too often to ignore.
Playing on Samsung S21+ the crashes are not as often but also collecting artifacts the game crashes when I click a cache or find an artifact. Also on the S21 some of the inventory is invisible and staked items only show as one.
I did clean my history and cache to see if that made any difference but it didn't.
While trying to play on my tablet today the crashes were occurring every minute or two.
