It says " your account has not logged out from its last session or the server is too busy to handle your request. Please try again in a few minutes or try a different server" I've done everything and it was working good like 2 hours ago. Time posted is 12:25 west coast of USA.

Did you experience any lagg when you last logged out? You might have got stuck in a server freeze.

Otherwise, this error informs you that your account has been hijacked. Please perform a password reset and click the message that is sent to your email. Make sure that you don't click phishing emails though! You can start from:
Password reset

If you do not have access to your registered email, you will need to do a manual written account recovery. If you require help with this, please create a new thread in Community Led Account Help :)

As a follow up step of recovering account, make sure that you set a new password for email and account. Add Authenticator to RS and 2FA to email. Secure your device with anti virus and malware scans frequently.

I've been playing on solely mobile for 3 months+ now and have had very few issues until yesterday.

Now every 30 seconds to 2 minutes, the app freezes/crashes. This is usually when either teleporting or generally changing area (happened a lot when digging into barrows crypts earlier for example), but even happened just from praying at the altar in PvM hub.

The game sometimes freezes multiple times in a row, i.e. freezes, I close the app and reopen, login and the first ingame frame freezes. The most frustrating example of freezing was just an hour ago I was at Vindicta and got a kill but it froze at the end of the battle (displaying 0hp for the boss) and when I logged back in, I had died. It has also frozen about 80% into the battle today too (within the same hour).

Until its fixed I won't try to do any more PvM because 90%+ it will freeze and cost death. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app doesn't make a difference, neither does world hopping. I hope you guys can fix this soon, I guess its eating into other peoples' membership time too; not being able to do the things we're paying for.

Since the update game crashes quite randomly and fairly frequent. Usually crashes within 20min of playing or less (usually less) . Phone is also heating up far more than it ever did before which is likely related. Some kind of memory leak or something? Who knows. The app is also using 6Gb+ for internal storage, unsure if that's normal or not. Seems high though.

Can't reproduce it, but a week ago I could play for hours with no issue and now I can't do anything without crashing constantly which guarantees heafty death costs if I do anything other than basic activities.

Crashes have occurred during the follow recent activities:

Temple of Aminishi - general combat, nothing special
Mining - crashes randomly within minutes
Running - just crashes when I'm moving from A to B
Player owned port - crashes when setting up voyages
Logging in - soon as I log in and everything populates it just freezes
