Playtime (Approx): Random, but I tend to play for a few hours at night.
At the time of the crash I was: I find it happens most often when entering the bank or grand exchange, but it never happens immediately after entering. I've had it happen while fishing in Lumbridge and doing other various tasks such as Player owned farm and collecting in wisp colonies.
Can it be reproduced?: kind of. I can not stay logged in for 30 minutes. I can only play for like 15-20 minutes at time and I would say 65%of my crashes are from accessing the bank and grand exchange.

Ever since the bank place holders update its been nothing but crash after crash after crash the update i did today i cant even get pasted the loading screen and the only way i can even play with to burn through my data and thats not going to happen

Whatever was done during the last update, please undo it. I can no longer get into the app. I was using a Samsung Galaxy S6 but after the update was informed it was no longer compatible. I then switched to another device running 7.1.1 and it constantly crashes during the loading and I am no longer able to play at all.

The crashes happen when a separate interface comes up like 33% of the time.

This is everything that has made me crash so far recently:
-opening the bank
-opening the grand exchange
-trying to loot items off the ground
-opening anything like the cosmetics tab, beast tab, adventure log, etc
-trying to open treasure Hunter keys
-opening a trade window with another player
-checking my invention machines at the guild
-trying to report a bug

Has been crashing repeatedly since last update, I'm on a Samsung note 10+. It crashes while I'm just bank standing, woodcutting,or anything else at that matter. I'm not even risking doing any type of a boss. Said why not ima go do some barrows runs tonight, they dont take long for me, killed all the brothers and 30 creatures, didnt crash. Get to the chest open it and then it crashed. Reloaded the app, nothing in my inventory or on the ground

See my post from the first page its messy though.
Okay so i noticed i got an update for the app, i am actually crashing a significant amount less i had done a bit of slayer, some smithing and a quest(fremennik trials) and some other stuff that wasnt too intense.

I'll update this post after i do more things such as farming,dungeoneering,more combat and another quest. now with less potato!
potato amounts may vary,read the varrock herald for more information.
