not exactly a crash.
i try to load the game and all i get is a black screen with music. if i click around i can get redirected to t.o.s.

i can confidently say it has nothing to do with cellular provider/internet/wifi etc..
i had it on my last phone which was significantly lower quality phone. it would run it a little laggy but it would run it. i upgraded and now i can't play it.

i've seen many others with the same issue. nothing i see in common with the phones. closest thing i saw is that most of them are android 9 but i saw a couple with this issue had android 8 (later versions just before android 9)

Noticed 1 item in game is completely missing.

My TokHaar-Kal-Ket? I hope I spelled that right, it's the melee fire/lava cape upgraded. I have bought a new cape in g.e for 122k and exchanged it for my fire cape. Just today I went into my bank to retrieve it and it's gone. Even the placeholder is gone. I had the item saved in my preset 1 but I didnt know clicking on the item removes it from the present 1 and now it's gone from there too.

Not that having it in the present 1 did any good because when I pressed LOAD the item was highlighted in red indicating its missing.

I didnt die recently nor was I in the wilderness so I have no idea what happened.

I did send in a support ticket so I hope I get an answer.... really bummed about it tho

I'm using a Pixel 3 phone with the latest Android version.

I get booted out to the login screen after 5 minutes or so, while training archeology at the Warforge crucible (at the level 81 excavation).
Never drop a valuable item.

Since the Runescape update on 15 June 2020, on the rare occasion that I stay logged in for more than 30 seconds, when doing Static archaeology , I can** move as I get logged out, when I receive an artefact the game immediately crashes.

Just another annoyance to be had

On iPad air running with iOS 12.4.7 I know what I want to do, but can rarely achieve it

Crash on Bank. The app black screens and jumps to home screen when banking but the app is still listed in running apps. I can just tap it again and log back in. Nearly every time I bank this happens. Clearing app cache does help with this problem for awhile but then after a time the problem gets worse again.

From my tests, this seems a very specific problem in the app coding with the possibility that something Samsung puts on their phones exacerbating the issue. If I had to guess this may have something to do with Knox on Samsung phones. I should also note that I can very easily use a drop box but anything having to do with Banking, Grand exchange or even furnaces is a problem.

Samsung Note 20 Ultra... The most recent update to the game has made the icons in the Settings Menu towards the top to log out and the ones next to it are extremely tiny. I could barely touch them to log out. Also after playing for a little while I can no longer access the game the app just crashes. Please fix
