I have a s20 ultra. The game will allow me to login and choose a world. I get into game for 3 maybe 4 seconds before it crashes. the app closes and kicks me to my home screen but remains open in my task manager. I reopen the app to have the same issue. I'm unable to play mobile and I just bought 3 bonds for a 45 day I'm on 38 now.

Using the Samsung galaxy s21 plus. There's a bug on some bigger phones that make the number above above an item you have (If you have multiple of that item like a cash stack or raw food etc.) Just totally disappear. Tried it on 2 phones and one worked the other didn't :(

Samsung note 20. Wifi or 4g service it happens. I've posted here a few times about crashes. But now it crashes as soon as I log in. I was getting equipped for summoning training and as I equipped my items it when it crashed. I can see my character and the surroundings for a split second then its back to home screen. Still have 23 hours of dxp left and been locked out for a 1.5 days now. Tried my wife's phone that's the same and had same outcome. Old schoold app works as it should. I can provide crash logs and video if you guys would like.

Mobile is all I use so I'm unable to play

When this crash happened I was equipping items to train summoning. It crashed after that. Borrowed a computer and game worked as it should. Teleported to a varrock and put all items in bank. Tried running on phone and it worked fine now. My issue appeared to be something I equipped possibly. It's working as it should now

Since the last update of the mobile client the app freezes at random intervals multiple times a day. Sometimes when doing nothing, sometimes when I close a dialogue or start a skill.

Before about a month ago I never had any crash or freezes.

I'm running on a Galaxy S10.

I only play on mobile so if this continues I have to stop playing.

Game ran perfectly for months until a few days ago where it crashed doing a quest then ever since its crashed constantly most login attempts and if it acts stable enough it still crashes sometimes opening a bank or a ui (like sifting) or teleporting

Game opens, then immediately crashes regardless of location. Have tried all major loadstones and GE. Tablet is fine and can plan like normal, a little more choppy in the new build but I also didn't try and increase performance settings.

To whom it may concern,

I am an avid mobile user (who actually solely uses mobile for the purpose of playing RS3).

I have recently been questing and started The Void Stars Back - I have encountered a bug in one of the puzzles halfway through the quest or so that is preventing me from progressing further.

It is the point after opening the second door, where you interact with the panel on the right hand side. The puzzle is in a jigsaw format, where you tap the pieces and tap the empty slots on the board to occupy them - however, on mobile the UI is misaligned and some pieces cannot be assigned to the slots.

This bug is known since October 2020 at least and it has the same issue still ....

It now happens every few minutes, please resolve..
