What does that mean? Plain English please...

I can not say about Runescape specifically but generally it means thing such as fall damage, trap damage, fire damage, etc. Damage that does not come from another player or npc

Could you make announcements about such things as the Div-o-matic a LOT more prominent please?

Just as an example so that we don't find out the hard way.

Presumably I now have to dissassemble a million staves for the powerful components or something.

Staves? Try Insulated boots instead, many times cheaper. Every time you pass by a Slayer trainer, buy all the boots and disassemble them. That aside, yes, it was a really shity change more so that they didn't mention it in the main article (which they timestamped wrong anyways)

Ughhh what a bummer.... I lost my divine-o-matic and my last hour worth of charges stored because I didnt read the patch notes.... Why Jagex.... Make these sort of changes more transparent please.... Not even "divination changes"..... nothing but apparently wasting the past hour+, losing my div-o-matic and all the charges I was working for + unfilled charges... Thanks... Live *' Learn... *equips backstab cape*
