Didn't they make it so people can play legacy with RS3 interface and RS3 with legacy interface some time ago?

So solution would be to play legacy with legacy-like RS3 interface?

And while I agree it's big hassle and it shouldn't be like that, it might still be a workaround...

Fairly sure Java client is confirmed to go, if I remember correctly they said that when they removed previous mobile app not so long ago, because coding same thing in many different codes is one of main reasons we have glitches and bugs.

While I can argue about keeping game accessible to as many people as possible, as a programmer myself - the last part is kinda right - juggling with all the versions of game most certainly creates a lot of spaghetti...

My in game messages told me my ambassador kill time got reset, but the pitch notes don’t specify why or what got changed for this to happen? Is there a mechanic that got changed or added in the Ambassador?

To all the people complaining about fix mode bei g removed. I will now do jagex job once again for them because of how incompetent jagex are with explaining changes.

You can go into settings and change the screen so the interfaces dont block **** like npcs it is part of the nis edit mode if you dont know what nis stands for it is new interface system .

You shoukd be glad i spent 18 thousand 6 hundred hours playing this game because alot of you wouldnt be able to count on the rest of the runescape community lol as the complaints come rushing in

My accounts chat box has been bugged for 2 years and jagex still will probably never fix it. I will never buy membership again because of this issue jagex wont fix.
Have a brand new computer so you cant tell me it is on my end because clearly jagex dont give a flying rats behind about issues on their end of **** but if its rule breakers jagex jump on top of that **** like flies of a fresh pile of cow dung

I can see that point of view and would agree if the new client was working for all and people were just dragging their heels about upgrading. But for many NXT has performance issues or simply doesn't load. If they solve those problems I don't think there would be any issue shutting down the old client.

I've been playing on the fixed screen for over 10 years. I can appreciate the reasons behind this change, but I do not believe that it was 1% of users utilizing this format. I like the legacy format, and I knew where everything was on the fixed screen. It kinda feels like I am relearning to play the game. Perhaps in the future a new format of fix screen could be implemented, one that scales with the 16:9 format and retained the interface layout of the old fixed screen.

P.S. I am by no means a computer person, if my suggestion makes no sense to those who understand these things, I am sorry but I hope what I am trying to convey with said suggestion is apparent.

I think if 1% of players used fixed mode then it's not small enough number to justify removal of a feature.
Modifying fixed mode would be a better option. "We don't want players to be able to buy their way to success in RuneScape. If we let players start doing this, it devalues RuneScape for others. We feel your status in real-life shouldn't affect your ability to be successful in RuneScape."

I've also noticed that drops are highlighted in particular colours, such as
purple
for Coins, Starved ancient effigy and Ancient emblem,
blue
for Uncut onyx, Araxyte pheromone and Torva platelegs,
green
for an assortment of other drops, and the regular white for the rest of the items. What do these colours actually mean? Clue Drops -> 3a Range Top (h357), 3a Full Helm (h439), 3a Druidic Staff (e969), Barrows Dye (h1755, h2546, e680, e1567, e2038, e2160, m480, m783, m862), Shadow Dye (e510, e1970, e1985, h2948), Ice Dye (e1539, e2804), 3a Dye (e3129)
