Just noticed I got hacked as well, lost over 2 million in total, this is a serious problem, how in the world so many people's info is so accessible to hackers? How can Jagex be so careless? I am so mad!

Literally on my 3rd day of playing fresh account secure phone only ever used the password on the app and desktop app and got hacked. Bond stolen. Jagex.... you need to do something about this....

It is not normal and I will not be renewing subscription. Terrible experience.

Implement some god damn analytics. Detect suspicious logins and require email auth like so many others. Be bloody proactive for once.

Never been hacked never visit shady sites besides ******* and I don't search for runescape so that's not it.... I have a bank pin yet somehow some stranger was a le ac ess my account and roughly 200 ~ 250m this has not been a fun rebuild my only explanation is mobile somehow my Info was able to be collected can i win plz i love you and all you do

Same thing just happened to me today. New player and my account just got hacked with an Authenticator active. I suspect it’s due to my mobile account. All my valuables were traded on GE and the money was likely traded off the account. I use RuneLite on my PC.

I tried to log on to the mobile client about 2 weeks ago and couldn't due to not being a member, no biggie so I go and buy a membership card yesterday login to the website to add the membership and it says my membership runs out on the 20th so I login to the game to find everything that I had of value gone, nox staff, full virtus all augmented with pvm perks..estimating to be about 500m+ gone between gear and supplies. Severely disappointed with this had different passwords, authenticator bank pin the whole shebang. Fix this jagex.
