I haven’t been able to play in almost 3 days, it just keeps saying failed to connect check connection and my connection if fine. Why am I paying for monthly subscription if I’m not even able to play! Can*t even email you guys to tell you how many problems I’ve had recently, I would appreciate if somebody could email me or something but not being able to play for 3 days is frustrating! VRGN Mobile is the name and affordable phone plans are the game

Just checking in to say that I've also been unable to log in on the app for the last 3-ish days.

I've tried loading the game on my wifi and on my data plan. I've tried reinstalling the app. I've tried manually selecting worlds from the website in all different available countries.

Any advice on something else I could try? Any update on what's going on or an ETA on a fix? I just subbed on this character after having played for 6 months for free without issues and now I can barely access the game. Even the desktop application takes about 3 minutes to go through the initial loading process.

ok so obviously the mobile app has issues at the moment as the pc version works fine and a great number of us play (at least some of the time) via mobile. a responce to a 1 star review stated that there are issues with mobile and are being sorted. why not tell these fine(paying customsrs)whats the deal here instead of silence here and a 'keep frying we're working on it' review response on google play?

After continuing to try selecting worlds from the website I started receiving this message instead of being redirected to the mobile app:

"Unsupported Operating System
The client is not currently supported on your operating system"

Running Android 9 on a Samsung Galaxy S9.

I am paying for a members account on old runescape and for two days now i have not been able to get on the app as it is saying (failed to connect server, please check internet connection) my internet is fine on my phone it is the app that is not working can someone sort this out or tell me what i can do. This is straight 2 days in almost 3rd that i can not access osrs! Sometimes when issue just started it showed connection error and let in after few attempts but now you can leave it for hours right next to your router and get nothing

I have multiple accounts and have seen multiple people have this issue. I still have yet to see any response from the Jagex team on this. The under lining issue is a failed internet connection for me "Black Screen" on mobile. Ive tried opening the app under varies wifi connections and my mobile carrier service. Nothing works. This issue has been going on for days. Also when I try to play on the PC there is so much world lag is it is unreal. My entire clan from all over the world has reported the same issues to me. And frankly I refuse to give this company any further support until they fix their issues. Or least explain why all of sudden their servers are having so much issue. But the worst part of this is I know we the customers will not receive any composition for frustration this has caused.
