Hi! Good day. My phone model is Huawei Y6p and it doesn't have Google play or any Google drive I downloaded the application through APK go but I can't log in. It keeps rotating and loading from the secure.runscape.***. How can I continue to play using my current phone? I don't have any other device to access the app. I really liked the game but I'm disappointed I can't access it since December 19. I'm hoping to hear positive responses from you soon. Thank you.

After not playing the Mobile App for a few months, I go to log in and it will not allow me to log in after the RuneScape Redirect. I'm using an up-to-date Pixel 4XL. After clicking "log in with RuneScape Account" it redirects to a Security Capt*ha... I do that and enter my info again and it just repeats the cycle. I've deleted the app three times, cleared the cache, and cookies and reinstalled.... Nothing.

Log in is totally fine on my Laptop with Windows 10 Home and Chrome Browser. So it's not the account or account info.

the mobile app was telling me to update, went to the andriod playstore to update but was up to date. I uninstalled, reinstalled but it still didn't work and was telling me to update. I the uninstalled and clicked "leave beta" meaning I opted out of being a beta tester and now their isnt even the option to install the game. I try to click "rejoin" but it immediately continues to say "removing ypur account from the beta testing program."

Hey I just downloaded new mobile update today and it's saying I'm having connectivity issues telling me to wait till I have better cellphone service or wifi.
I have full service where I'm located at work but no access to wifi. I was able to play before this update anywhere I was but now can't even get past the initial loading screen. I have reset my phone made sure my os was up to date, Uninstaller and reinstall the mobile client and nothing has changed. I'm using a android device idk if that will help narrow down the issue but that's all I know. Thanks in advance! :)

Since the update yesterday I am not able to log in. I'm using a Samsung Galaxy s9 that is running android version 10

I get to the "Welcome to Old School RuneScape" screen. There are 2 options. Continue with Google and Continue with RuneScape account. Clicking on the Google options works, but when I click on the RuneScape account option the menus disappear for a second, it says "Connecting to Jagex...", then immediately goes back to the "Welcome to Old School RuneScape" screen.

Everything was working good until I updated the client yesterday on my Android. My phone specs are fine I can't even get to the log in screen now. Error connecting to server. All I'm getting. I have internet access. Please help me understand
