I think I might have a suspicion on why we can't play mobile odds I think it's because they've basically used parts servers to start the beta test for rs3 and just they can't be arsed to say anything because they want us to lose all our membership that we have paid actually currency for AHH well guess jagex are more of a their then everyone knew or thought ?? And if they don't reply to this exact post it proves it to be true and not a false accusations
Hi I'm having a different issue. The mobile app opens and allows me to logon, but it wont log on to the already existing account. it continues to make a new character even though the email has an existing character. I've removed and re added my email to my samsung s8 hoping it would fix the app but no luck. I've given up and have continued to play osrs via my PC. Thankfully on the computer, I have the ability to type my email and password in without having to click faulty links.
With a shared ipad, it is impossible to log in any other account than the one that was first logged in after the update yesterday, and this first account can be logged into without entering its credentials. Please fix!

Hello. Ever since the update on Wednesday the 26th of August my mobile app has been playing up. I have re installed it so many times no change. When I log into my iron account using all my irons details. It logs me into my main account, it’s asking for a auth code every time I log in even though I’ve ticked remember for 30 days and I can put any random auth code in and it will still log me in. PLEASE can you help ASAP as I’ve missed 3 days membership days on my iron so far.
Mobile app Keeps saying failed to connect to server.. I have full signal active isp account do I don’t understand the problem. I have reinstalled the Rs app still hasn’t helped

Since the new update, the app redirects me on a website to put my ID in.
The issue is that the procedure ends up redirecting me not in osrs app but on a website ***.jagex.mobilesdk.android.osrs:/oauth2redirect?code=...
And nothing happens in the app which means I can't play anymore.
If I try to connect with google, the message 'unable to connect to google' displays.
Please fix this issue soon.
I cant log to my account since yesterday on mobile. I use android and never has issues before.
I have a video of my screen to show the bug but basically I tap Connect to Runescape account and instead of asking for credentials, the app opens the osrs website. Its weird
I'm not sure if this is the right place to put this but I am unable to access the app on chome os, android os works fine and here is why:
After the latest update the login process has changed in the app for osrs. Instead of logging on inside the app like we used to: now when you click login users are redirected to the runescape website for logging in. On an android operating system there is no issue and logging into the website successfully redirects back to the app where a user can then play without issue. On the chrome operating system the login redirects to the runescape website however the website will not redirect back to the app after logging in. When logging in it asks if you're sure if you want to send information because it is not secure i click send anyway and i get a pop up that says "Google chrome os can't open this page" this leaves the user unable to successfully login to the app and start playing.
