osrs mobile can't log in Thread is locked

I cant log in with user name and password on mobile it makes me sighn on with my email and then I sighned on and it made me a new account with the email registered to this account now everytime I go to log in it logs me into the new account not this one I'm on right now and only on mobile it wont let me log in useing my user name says to me single sighn on failed because you exited without sighning on. Witch makes no sence

I have exactly same issues... Just Jeep me into a loop betwee app AND auth pagar... I justo could see a message on page that say "Sorry we are having technical issues try again later"... I followed all steps that kindly said me from support by email and discord but still can't login 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

This thread is about an old issue from two years ago. The recent posts, while similar, are most likely a separate issue and should be posted on a new thread.

If you are having issues with logging into OSRS Mobile, I would suggest starting a new thread, describing the issue and what solutions you have already attempted.
