Yeah this is a little ridiculous. We are paying customers. And the servers aren't loading on mobile or when I do get to to load on my lap top, it takes literally 10 minutes to load once it finally starts. They better extend our memberships by 3 days because that's how long it haven't loaded on my phone... Is anyone from the RS team or jagex ever going to comment on this or do they think we are stupid. What s going on?!?!?
The app causes my iphone 10 to black screen and I can** do anything for 5 minutes. I can*t exit the app, turn my phone off, nothing. It freezes my phone. Jagex make a statement already, smh.
4 DAYS NOW!!!! Jagex it would be nice if you let all of us know what is going on!!?? And ill speak for all of us and say all we want to know is whats going on?? Literally thats all everyone is asking. And if you guys told us about whats going on 4 days ago everyone would just be bummed out and not angry.
