Mobile Ironman here, and this is absolutely annoying 4 hours yesterday 2 hrs the day before and I'm going to assume another 2+ hour today... fix your app jesus christ and how about some LIVE TWEET/MESSAGES indicating to us mobile user that the company is aware of these issues and will fix this.. come on exp waste is on max because of this b.s.

NONE of those work, no matter how many times I Uninstall and Re-Install, turn off my phone wait 5 minutes and turn it on, Use my Internet instead of Data, turn airplane mode on then turn it off.. repeat this 3-5 times. It's RUNESCAPES SERVER! NOT my Brand New Phone and most definitely not my 200+ Mbps internet or my 5G Data. Convince me other wise or don't post a thread that is completely Irrelevant to my situation. Take OWNERSHIP to your down time for Godsake.

Sorry, but when you’re a working professional and you regularly demand better accountability from yourselves and others, inconveniences such as these are not what I give my money for. Time is a commodity and if a few bucks a month is the price for a bit of escape, best believe it will go to an organization that will religiously give me what I religiously pay for.

So according to the OSRS app it can*t connect with server check your internet. Yet I’ve tried 4G 3G as well as wifi and still can*t connect. To add insult to injury the app works of my iPad. On the same wifi network but my mobile won’t. The tablet took a few goes to work. Funny enough I’m writing this reply on my iPhone so clearly have a network connection. Last few days has been harder to connect on mobile. Not sure if it’s a bug with the IOS version of the app. Not sure what’s happening but it is frustrating.as for me mobile is easier to play as I’m always on the move or at work so something to do on my lunch break. I haven't been able to login from my phone for 3 days now. I like many of those on here have tried uninstalling the app, going through the website to choose a world ( which loaded me into a new character btw), and clearly I have internet or I wouldn't be posting this. None of these work. If I knew how to post the screen shot I took of my attempted login from my phone I would. I get the same thing every time. " Failed to contact server. Please check your internet connection. Automatically retrying in 5....." then it loads the same screen again. I'm on an android phone and have been using this phone for over a year with this app with no problem. I contacted someone who used a computer and they have no issue logging in, so this has to be a mobile issue only. They also told me that there was a recent update. Being as I can't find a contract customer support email button, I'm hoping one of them will read this and help us. Oh I almost forgot, I'm using old school not rs3.
