I haven't been able to login from my phone for 3 days now. I like many of those on here have tried uninstalling the app, going through the website to choose a world ( which loaded me into a new character btw), and clearly I have internet or I wouldn't be posting this. None of these work. If I knew how to post the screen shot I took of my attempted login from my phone I would. I get the same thing every time. " Failed to contact server. Please check your internet connection. Automatically retrying in 5....." then it loads the same screen again. I'm on an android phone and have been using this phone for over a year with this app with no problem. I contacted someone who used a computer and they have no issue logging in, so this has to be a mobile issue only. They also told me that there was a recent update. Being as I can't find a contract customer support email button, I'm hoping one of them will read this and help us. Oh I almost forgot, I'm using old school not rs3.
