Just started the day before DMM Reborn was released. I've used this device since beta and have not had an issue like this before. Other people are also experiencing the same issue as me.

When I launch the app it goes black for a couple seconds then back to my device homescreen.

Since the deadman update Everytime I try opening the app it instant crashes, I've tried everything I can think of to get it to work but nothing seems to work.

Playtime (Approx): 26 d 9h in-game (error happened first time 26-08-21 (real time playtime almost 3 months currently excluding 2 months in 2019.

At the time of the crash I was: clicking the app to start it; it crashes instantly and requests me to say ok or report the moment I click the app to launch.

Can it be reproduced?: Yes, it happens every single time, no matter what I do. Even if restarting device, clearing cache & data followed by cache again or even upon reinstalling the app! (It works fine on iPod6 though.. but that thing is an explosion hazard on my end...) I used to play RS 8 years ago, started before the GE was a thing and played trough the major changes where GE got added, new teleports etc.

Now I rediscovered OsRs and have taken the challenge of Hardcore Ironman!
Would be lovely finding other players who can help me and whom I can help =]

At the time of the crash I was: fighting Olm
Can it be reproduced?:Yes, this had happened quite a few times now for me and it’s gotten to the point where I don’t even want to raid anymore because my friends get mad at me for dcing or dying because the phone app freezes and I have to restart the app, and when I do the world usually changes so a few times where I logged in to finish the raid I logged into the wrong world and it would kick me from the raid.
Also it doesn’t t just happen when raiding, it happens occasionally and consistently through out my gaming, I never know when it’s going to happen so it makes me not want to do anything risky like bossing and pking. I’ve mostly experienced this during Olm though and it’s pretty frustrating to spend 15-20 minutes of my time just to freeze mid final boss kill.
I’d be so grateful if you guys were able to figure out how to fix this issue.
