At the time of the crash I was: Running into the Crash Site Cavern going into the middle portion of Demonic Gorillas.
Can it be reproduced?: IT HAPPENS EVERY TIME. I can*t kill demonic gorillas

Playtime (Approx): it crashes midway through the first phase.
At the time of the crash I was: Switching agro from the boss to the totems.
Can it be reproduced?: yes, I’ve tried the boss 10 times to die on the same part. Philippians 4:13 I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

Been playing mobile for well over a year and have been having the same issues for a while and its getting really frustrating.. my app keeps crashing or freezing in random situations. Its happening majority of the time i teleport into the GE and try accessing the bank or GE. Happned to me basically 9/10 times running runes in zmi and in general in crowded areas even if the world itself is not busy with only a few hundred people on... its really taking away from my game content and quality of play bc A) majority of crowded areas are neccesary and integral parts of the game and B) im afraid my app will freeze in risky situations and my account will die.. its the main reason ive been hesitant to make other accounts and a Hcim and its frustrating paying per month with such a big issue affecting gameplay.. Help addressing this issue would be much appreciated

Popular areas such as the grand exchange or Wintertodt crash the app on my iPad.
Can it be reproduced?: Many times every short session at a popular area

At the time of the crash I was: The game crashes every time I go the Chambers of Xeric and the Olm fight begins. Game closes and logs me out. The same thing happens at the Nightmare. As soon as the fight starts the game crashes. Doesn’t matter what word I’m on or how many people there are. I have even reduced the FPS to the minimum and it still crashes. Has been happening for months now and it’s getting ridiculous!
Can it be reproduced?: Yes - Easily!

The game crashes every time I click at the Ourania/Zimi Altar during my runs every time. Very frustrating because I travel a lot, and this is the only thing I like to do, please fix this.

Playtime (Approx): 1-2 hours
At the time of the crash I was: in the Grand exchange, Raids 1, Nightmare, and just about anywhere that’s crowded. It’s really annoying and would really appreciate if you guys fixed this issue.
Can it be reproduced?: Yes. I’m running the latest iOS with latest Apple Device up to date. Makes no sense.

Playtime (Approx): Various, from 5 minutes to several hours.
At the time of the crash I was: This has happened several times. The most consistent has been while killing demonic gorillas in the single combat area. Changing the camera angle seems to freeze the app. Sometimes it crashes, but most of the time it freezes until I force-close the app. The most recent time, it froze, i died, world hopped a few times to find my stuff, then it froze again so I died again. This also happens to me frequently when I open my world map and attempt to move/zoom.

Can it be reproduced?: Yes
