What is the issue?: Touch inputs are misplaced on screen, making the game near unplayable. This occurs any time I open a keyboard input window (ie GE price input or text message input) while using my device's pop-out window feature to watch a YouTube video while playing. I've been playing primarily on mobile for about 4 months now, with this issue only just coming up in the past few days. I do not recall any recent software updates to my OS**** or OSRS. I believe this began with the last in game update.
Does restarting the client fix the issue?: Yes, it is reset temporarily any time the app is minimized.
