hey, I'm having a issue logging into OSRC mobile. I set up the account using my game centre so I don't have a email or any social media linked to it. my authentication code has been lost and im now locked out of my account. I can't use my email to reset it to log in because there is no email on the account. there is also no password due to it being trough game centre. all I have is my username (**GK). I just need the authenticator disabling so I can then get onto my account and link it with my email. (ignore all the grammar and spelling mistakes)

What is the issue: when i open the app it says "failed to contact the server, please check your internet connection" but my internet is fine.
Where is the issue: first screen when i open the app
Does restarting the client fix the issue: No, i have uninstalled and reinstalled, i have disconnected and reconnected to the internet and also restarted my phone but still doesnt work

What is the issue?: App closes when "TAP HERE TO PLAY" is tapped.
Where is the issue?: After logging in
Does restarting the client fix the issue?: No, even device factory reset did not help.

In game world changer not working, comes up blank...when I try to use world changer from main menu, it does nothing and keeps me in the world I started in. This wasnt the case a week ago. But now it is.

What is the issue?: Touch inputs are misplaced on screen, making the game near unplayable. This occurs any time I open a keyboard input window (ie GE price input or text message input) while using my device's pop-out window feature to watch a YouTube video while playing. I've been playing primarily on mobile for about 4 months now, with this issue only just coming up in the past few days. I do not recall any recent software updates to my OS**** or OSRS. I believe this began with the last in game update.
Does restarting the client fix the issue?: Yes, it is reset temporarily any time the app is minimized.

I’m having problems with my OSRS app.
Every time I close down the app and re open it later in, it will remember the username but when I click on log in it comes up with
You were signed out.
Please sign in again.

Just wondering why it’s doing this as it does it every time.
Anyone provide any assistance please, I’m currently using a iPhone XR.
