What is the issue?: The Bag registers as hitting the "Home" button, even when home button is hidden.
Where is the issue?: On the player's GUI.
Does restarting the client fix the issue?: Momentarily, but it will happen again.

Playtime (Approx): Tens of hours in total, bug is at login screen.
What is the issue?: With the new update single login. When clicking the single login button, the screen will flicker (black and the login screen) for 5-10 seconds, after that the app will work as normal. (Still have an issue with only getting 5-7fps). When logging out after logging in once already, the screen will only freeze for a second or two when tapping login.
Where is the issue?: Login screen.
Does restarting the client fix the issue?: Nope

Issue 1. Small but rather annoying, not being able to see the rune requirements in the spellbook tab. When clicking on a spell to see what runes are needed the bit that shows the runes flickers and won't stay.

Issue 2. At the pest control outpost I am unable to scroll down to select items I wish to trade my points for with the Void Knight. Can only see the Exp points options, scrolling simply isn't working.

What is the issue?: Client completely crashes after about 20 seconds of lost connection. Whereas before the recent update, this did not occur.
Where is the issue: Piscatoris hunting area
Does restarting the client fix the issue? No, unless I use the Clean Master application to clear data.


I was hunting using box traps, so this small disconnection was a small worry that I would lose my traps, but then the client completely crashed even after reconnecting. So I lost all my traps anyway.

What is the issue?: When locking the phone and letting the app run in the background while afk splash training magic after 4-5 minutes I unlock my phone and I'm either logged out or I am at a black screen with "Connection lost attempting to reestablish" in the top left corner and multiple hit splats of 0 and exp drops on the screen. This only occurs if I lock my phone. Leaving the app open drains too much battery and would love for this to be resolved.
EDIT: I forgot to add that once you get disconnected it says malformed login packet on the login screen.
Where is the issue?: Lumby basement

In the mobile version of the game when you close the bank, the game always switches over to inventory tab.
In the desktop version if the magic tab is open en you close the bank, the magic tab opens.
Could this be the same on mobile please?

Issue: A very wide gap is in between the phone edges and osrs interfaceses.
Where is it?: Osrs mobile app interface has it. It is not IN the game just the interface.
Does restarting help: No it does not.

What is the issue?: when i use micro USB to USB converter and plug in a mouse, The mouse doesn't work properly. Only buttons that work are right click that goes to logout screen and mouswheel button just closes the game. The left click button does nothing.

The same mouse works on all other games that i have tried.

If i plug in a keyboard the * keys all work but when chatting only some buttons work* and it has big delay.

Where is the issue?: everywhere
Does restarting the client fix the issue?:no it does't

PS: I have also tried the same thing on a Sony xperia tablet Z2 and the same thing happens.
