What is the issue?: seers village court house
Where is the issue?: can't progress through the court scene. I either get stuck at the very beginning of the cutscene or the scene stops progressing after I choose the dog handler.

What is the issue?: Got stuck logging into the server initially. Had to reboot the app and when I did it gave me a default character instead of allowing me to customize. I need this fixed please, or let me know how to reset my game and start fresh (I hear it costs crazy amounts to change appearance, and I wasn't allowed to choose my own because of this bug)

1. Can't buy from the grand exchange. Nothing happens when I click the exchange button.
2. When I try to rotate my phone, the screen will glitch out and invert itself over and over very quickly, so its only playable from one orientation.

What is the issue?: When the bank interface is closed on mobile the player's inventory is automatically opened. On desktop, the last panel the player had opened (such as the Magic panel) is retained after the bank interface is closed. This makes it more difficult to perform tasks that require repeated banking, such as casting Tan Leather.
Where is the issue?: At every bank.

What is the issue?: the chat scrolls up while doing herblore. When you click make potion the chat will move up a couple lines. I noticed it while trying to have a conversation with someone while training herblore and I had to keep scrolling down my chat to see what was being said

What is the issue?: Sometimes the OSRS app completely stops accepting input. You can see things happening in the game, but you can't interact with it. I think it may be related to using the Note8's stylus (aka S-Pen). This has happened to myself and my friend numerous times in different areas, but I have found a way to increase the chances of reproducing this issue.

Though this has happened standing around at the GE, it seems to happen much more often when teleporting to your POH using the stylus after you've been using the stylus for a little. For example, it's happened a few times after doing a lap of Seers' agility and then accidentally teleporting to POH instead of back to the start of the course.

It may or may not be notable that when pulling the S-Pen from the phone, it brings up a little bubble which you can tap to access S-Pen functions. The bubble will sit on top of the screen if you don't swipe it away.

Where is the issue?: Numerous places, but seems to happen after teleporting to POH a lot.

Does restarting the client fix the issue?: Yes, but the only way to restart the client is to lock the phone, unlock it, and then force runescape to close. (Or if you wait a minute it will "crash" on its own)
