Can we please get background app refresh for iOS? It’s very annoying when I’m questing and go to read something on the wiki, come back, and I’m logged out. Android has it. Please add it to iOS. Sincerely EVERY IOS USER. Collection of 2m+ tarromins for sale.

so heres the thing, my other account has been permanently banned without so much as a warning. when I played os runescape for mobile I spent hours on the game and said F it I want to play this on pc like the good old days and relive a memorable part of my gaming history and started to play, within minutes my account gets banned and I cant even begin to tell you how thankful I am of this because I was about to pay for the membership again. if you cant so much as recognize the difference between someone who grinds a lot and tries to catch up on levels Vs. an actual bot then im not giving you ANY money whatso ever. you screwed my og account because SOMEONE ELSE got it banned by hacking it and now the one I made on mobile gets F'd. thanks so much for your **** security detailing. hope this game burns in hell before anymore of my memories of this game being awesome gets flooded with hatred. cant even get a "hello this really you?" before you send my account into the void? because you just lost a future member for this BS. heres to hoping your game crashes and burns. don't even bother replying support because ive had it with shite devs and mods, I don't plan on coming back after this. ill just find another game to play that can actually support their players when the help is needed. thanks for nothing.

Recientemente he Instalado OldSchool RuneScape Mobile en mi Telefono Celular SAMSUNG Modelo J7 Prime, totalmente compatible con Dispositivos de interfaz Humana, (HUD), INTENTE JUGAR CONECTANDO UN MOUSE BLUETOOTH, Y el Juego no responde a los conandos directamente del Puntero, Solo responde a lo Toques en la Pantalla. Deberia haber una opcion que permita Alternar el Uso de Un puntero de un Mouse y el Uso de toques (TABs), para hacer mas Facil la JUGABILIDAD, existen Aplicaciones externas como OCTOPUS APP. que permiten hacer funcionar el Mapeo de los comandos por ** puntero de un Mouse conectado pero es Riesgoso Jugar OldSchool Runescape a traves de otras Apps. Es posible Banned. Por esto es importante considerar en proximas actualizaciones la Jugabilidad y la posibilidad de Usar un Mouse conectado y habilitar el uso de un PUNTERO. Gracias por el feedback

I love this on my iPad but frequently when trying to log into the game I get a message saying there’s been an update and to please restart the app. The only way to restart the app is to shut down my iPad and restart. There has to be a better way. Is it possible to put a restart button on the sign in screen to keep from having to shut my iPad down and restart?

I am sure it's probably been discussed before, but I can not locate a post about it?
Has it ever been considered to have the menues to one side, i.e. The right side of screen, instead of splitting melee/prayer/magic/account etc on left, with backpack, log out on the right.
as an example, PC users get the pleasure of one spot clicking Alchemy, on mobile/tablet it's a long way to keep crossing screen to alch.
I feel it would also make bossing/pvm easier for mobile as having to tap one side to get to prayer menu, then back to otherside for backpack, it's hard to pray switch and eat at same time, without misclicking the floor and dying :-(

Can you look into adding a haptic feature related to when a potion will wear off. Due to the limited screen on mobile especially when using a phone instead of a tablet it’s difficult to review the chat whilst fighting monsters. For instance if you are using a super anti-fire potion while killing metal dragons it would be beneficial to have the option for your phone to give a small haptic feedback when you get the alert that your potion is about to expire and possibly a longer haptic feedback when the potion has expired. This would improve how some players respond to particular elements in game whilst using various potions. If this was an option you can toggle (if your phone can utilize haptics) players that want to use it can improve there experience while players who don’* want to utilize such a feature are not bothered by a feature that emulates something like getting a message.

I haven't been able to hop worlds for a couple of weeks at least. I deleted the app and re-installed it, hoping that would resolve the issue. Now I am sat in the motherlode mine but the app won't let me log in as it is a p2p area and I'm logging in on a f2p world, still not letting me switch worlds.
