I've had same issue. I been playing runescape with same account since 2009. Logged in on my account and completely wiped. Had my name and friends but nothing else. And didn't need to go through tutorial island either. Almost all the free quests were completed but all my members quests were reset. Going to stink getting my skills and everything built up again. But now I'm running into a new issue, it will only let me on during certain times of the day. Doesn't matter if I'm in wifi or not.

, your RS3 game progress is showing 118 quests completed, 94 of those quests are member quests.
Your Old School game progress is a lot less developed than your RS3 game progress.

Just remember, RS3 game progress and Old School RS game progress are two separate things.
Maybe you need to log into RS3 to find your game progress as you remember.

Check the 'Account Status' tab in account management, to see if your account has any offences from the time when you were inactive as I suspect your account might have been used by a hijacker. I don't know this for sure, I just suspect it.
