Log in and talk to Hans in Lumbridge. Hans will tell you exactly how old the account is. This information might be useful to check.

I still think you need to use the Forgotten login support page to get a list of the accounts you own.

I will say though that Jagex has NEVER wiped account progress fully back to Tutorial Island.
For a while they would reduce a macro'd skill but not all the other skills as well.
I think the only possibility here is you have stumbled into an account you created years ago but never actually used. This is not unheard of.

I accessed the Hans in OSRS because I am not at my computer, and he said my account is 5,273 days old. I tried doing a password recovery using what i think the only other name my account could be under, which is yhe same name but no numbers, and it was denied. Is there a way to find all accounts tied to my original email? And also, would you like me to post the original account name I've been inquiring about, or does that pose some sort of security risk or something?

If so, use the Forgotten login support page and the 'Email Reminder' button.
If you don't have access to that email, use the 'Contact Us' button instead. The 'Contact Us' button method is slower. It could take several days to get an answer as it needs to be done manually.

Please don't post the original account name in the forums. It is a security risk as that name is the login. We are not permitted to reveal our logins.

Alrighty, I used the email reminder, it only showed me the account i am inquiring about, as well as a seperare account i created after OSRS was created. I am confident that this is my original account, because i still have the emails sent from Rune*cape tying it to my email in 2009.

Hi, I want to recover my old account. I was a member before and worked for years to get my skills to 99 for archery and of course so many other skills, after a few years I came back and found myself with all skills in 1? Please no one ever warned us about account details being deleted

Hi

I have logged on today first time in a while and my stats have been reset to the beginning and I was back on tutorial island. I had also noticed that my username had been changed too. My previous username was acka154.

Can someone please help me fix this. I've never played the newest version of runescape, I've only ever played old school.
