Your account is an RS3 account. It appears that you have never played OSRS.

While the same login will get you access to both games, players create and train their characters separately in each game version.

You have a very high level RS3 account. If you want to play OSRS then, yes, you will need to start from Tutorial Island.

Hi! So I am having this issue too. I originally made my account in 2009. I've logged in to RS3 a while back and had to go through the tutorial again and my stats, items, lvl are gone. Was my account just inactive for so long that my account was dumped?

Are you logging in with a 'username' or with an email?
If you used an email to login with, it definitely isn't your old account.
Very old accounts (pre-24 November 2010) have 'username' logins.

I recommend you investigate any other forgotten accounts you might have.
Use the tools on the Forgotten login support page to identify your forgotten accounts.
