I really liked how FUN and Serenity Isle listed who participated, since it gave you a sense of how popular events are and it was cool seeing familiar names (and using that as somewhat of a motivator to attend future events), but all their events were smaller...
A lot of the posts on this past page were really long and I had to scroll through a lot to see what events happened
For longer lists, maybe format them like so?
Name 1 .. Name 2 .. Name 3 .. Name 4
RSN 5 .. Person 6 .. RSN 7.. RSN 8
Person 9 .. RSN 10 .. Name 11 .. Person 12
(To show how not every name will be the same length)
Unsure how you record names, but if you record names in a list in Word or Excel, you could have a Python or something script written that will read a list of names and add " .. " every time there's a new line or new cell, and start on a new line every 4 or so names.
