As long as the devine/elysian special is nerfed in PvP areas, i'm ok with it. I understand that very few PvPers will actually get their hands on these, but it was still a pain in the *** to fight people who camped divine and tank gear back in the days.. If they work in pvp areas, i'll vote no

5%? Are you serious?
We will be burning mills in supplies at a boss to get very rare shield drops and if it reduces 5% (if you're tanking bandos and get hit a 30, 5% will reduce 1.5dmg, you're probably better off with a dfs or crystal shield).
These shields need to be good or they wont be worth having.
When you get your stats up you will understand why we need high level bossing and that GWD can only take you so far.

High level bossing is one thing sport shields an an entirely other thing. Nex we do not need hear to make gwd easier when you can already trio for a good length of time. We do not need items that will be a potential 10x the current most expensive and useful equipment ags. Even worse you have people saying drop table needs to be buffed to be profitable. Something like that shouldn't be consistent profit with a chance of a 500m+ drop.
I'm sure people will check my stats or something stupid and use that to defend their points. I have a maxed acc as well as a bpure I know what high level Pvm is like. I just feel a huge portion of yea to shields are looking at nothing aside from omg I want to make bank off one drop.

Who cares if arc devalues malediction ward??? Devaluation is only a problem if something lower tier devalues something higher tier, like enhanced excalibur devaluing sgs or guthans. If something higher tier is better than something lower tier then go figure it's gonna be more worth. There will be ppl who can't afford a 30m arcane so they will but the 2m alternative instead to go barrows or whatever so your scorpia boss will still be profitable. Stop worrying so much about it.
