They are getting a little carried away with the imbued items/attachments/item sinks

It's good that they are trying to revive dead content but it won't be long before every item in the game can be imbued at some kind of shop... it's getting ridiculous. I was hoping they would at least throw in some completely new armor/weapons (weather they be limited to PvP or not) and develop some actual new content

And cosmetic whip upgrades? What is this fashionscape all over again?

This is hardly any better than the first devblog (Which was terrible)

There's not even a big ticket item to aim for... I imagine the most expensive item you can buy will be under 5m within a month

Don't like the idea of Dragon Defenders. As a Berserker pure I've always wanted to use the whip+rune defender and not have to get the attack experience with it but unfortunately the game forces me to and I'm still gradually trying to except this. Over time the combat level would increase making me have to go up against people with chivalry and piety prayers when pking. Now you want to add dragon defenders to benefit the people with 60 defence and higher even more? Sorry I'll be voting no

Mod Ronan: Heres what we can summarise from the last 36 pages regarding the Dragon Defender:-

Players want it, very much.

Players don't want to pk for it/a chance to get it

Players do want a simple *untradeable* warriors guild related means of getting it.

You guys have brought forward the idea of "Berserk Cyclopses"

Solution:

Option 1: You guys could simply add Berserk Cyclopses into the current warriors guild system that drop dragon defenders, they appear randomly just like they did upon release in the main game and are classed as a Demi Boss, say 100-150 combat or so and have a high chance of dropping the dragon defender!

Option 2: You guys add a seperate room with Berserk Cyclopses that players can go in and specifically slaughter for a dragon defender with the same chance of getting one as all the other defenders. They could maybe be combat level between 90-110!

Option 3: You add the Dragon Defender to the regular cyclops drop table at the same rarity rate as other defenders. It can only be obtained after you have recieved a rune defender (current system basically, could just be a "in other news" type post)

I know this isn't really to do with Bounty hunter rewards, but I feel it's important that the guys know that if the dragon spike/defender idea fails the poll it's not becuase players don't want it per se, rather the means of getting it through pvp/bounty hunter! 2595 RS3 Efficiency Experts
