For me this is the biggest factor and why I will vote no.

"Of course, you can level all your skills using artisan and not have to train your existing skills the usual way, but it will be much more efficient to level them the current way."

This should not be how it is. I should have my exp buffed on completion of an Artisan task to get the most efficient exp. I do not want to fish shrimp cut oak logs to gain exp in another skill - if you want me to use dead content then buff it for the current skills rather than forcing me to do it for Artisan.

I see no reason why Artisan can't be tasks just gotten from Masters of our skills (i.* Thurgo for smithing) and we get Artisan points from there. This skill is inherently flawed IMO. Sorry!

We need a lot more information about the "what if artisan doesn't pass" part.

We should know for example what the logs and ores can be used for, especially if the proposed artisan items that would normaly come with these logs/ores would not pass the poll.

This looks good, i just have one problem with it. The bonus XP effects should all be taken away because a wide amount of people don't want this for Old School Runescape servers and i agree. Either way i support this new skill all the way. :D

No to Artisan, if you want to boost the amount of traffic in old school, fix the trade system. Where are all the Dev blogs on the auction house/ Grand exchange? Some of the concepts here like the new items, and new resources would be good added to their existing skills.

I will also vote No on duel wielding crossbows. Newer, stronger weapons will wreck the current hitpoint system in pvp, and will be a gateway for you to add constitution at a later point.

Fix the trade system!!! At least that passed the poll, without needing to be modified half a dozen times, like Artisan.

We do NOT need new skills. We NEED to fix the ones that we have. Get your heads out of your asses. I know you've put a lot of time into artisan but you didn't thought it through and now you pay for it. This won't pass.

Any chance some of this stuff could be edited before the poll? I've wanted this to pass since the beginning, but there seems to be a couple of deal breakers for people (as you could read).

Is there any possibility for a task system that is somewhat similar to RS3s? This is the main reason I like Artisan, but I think the skill aspect of it is what's turning many people off.

I like the idea of the Artisan skill, but it needs a lot of work.
Artisan Masters should require a certain total level, or have a corresponding master for each skill. I can't imagine getting a task for shrimp at 90 fishing, or copper ore at 80 mining etc.
