Decent job, JMod ^^
Not sure why you haven't found the third bot, maybe I misspelled his name, I'll check back again.
Now, when you're putting again your holy JMod feet on 2007 grounds, can you check spin wheel in Lumbridge? at this hour, in w 352, there are at least 15 flax spinning bots.
Also (I think I mentioned this hidden location once), there is a small dungeon (the one with the anvil) in Draynor .. go down and check it, I bet my life you will find 2-4 bots in every world training combat there (check the end of the dungeon, not the entrance).
Other than that, keep in mind you should do this at least once .. let's say .. 10 days? (twice a week would be better, but I do understand you need to sleep, eat and uhm ..
).
