First I want to say: great job responsible mods. I've walked around and alot of bots are gone! I hereby want to adress two more locations that are infested with bots:

1. Tzhaar fight caves -- Bots go in and fight till they die, then go in again .. endlessly repeating this process. I imagine it's quite hard to ban those bots as they're in the fight caves most of the time, maybe target that specific area with botwatch? (i'm not entirely sure how that targeting etc would work though :p)

The yak pen on Neitiznot Island -- because the yaks hit so low and are in an enclosed area alot of (also higher leveled) players bot here, from what I've seen/heard.

If you could target those locations that'd be greatly appreciated. And once more, thanks for your hard work so far!

Greetings,

Hammer Bross

An addition to my previous post:

As I'm typing this some bot user is livestreaming three fight cave bots as we speak on twitch... I hope jagex will soon put an end to this :)

Kind regards,

Original message details are unavailable.
So I've been running around in game today and a lot of the more popular areas are looking much, much clearer at the moment.

Can you expand a little on the locations where bots are thriving in their masses and I will see what I can do to clear them up :)

Area's are looking much clearer. Good job all ;) !

Thanks for keeping us in the loop. I haven't done much running around on OSR in the past few days (getting to be that time of year with finals and what not) and have mostly kept myself in Varrock for cleanup of my own, but always good to hear that some of the problem spots have been dealt with. :)

@ om ke t

Good point, although they still gain an unfair advantage in the game and the fight cave bots are getting away with it at the moment..
I'm not saying they should prioritize the fight cave bots, I'm merely stating that I don't believe jagex has done much against them yet. While other areas have been hit by bot-watch and bot-busting sessions.

It's great to see you're caring for OS. I was worried the botting community would've put OS at risk as it seemed to hijack and drop the values of certain goods(an example of this would be flax), so it's grand to see such softwares being implimented.

- Keep reporting :)

Um ... nature rune bots, mods? Haven't been there today, but I finally got 50 Rc last night, and I noticed no real difference in the situation there, from when I started in on nats a few weeks ago. Maybe by the time I get to laws there will be some noticeable improvement?
