Wheres my xp

Mod Reach, I, along with (apparently) so many others, was banned, falsely, on the 19th April; usual double macro minor, 21 days, appeal pending. (My alt is Jose Esquire) I had even logged myself out, I wasn't disconnected, so I only discovered it the next day.

I do not have an auto clicker/typer, nor have i ever had or used one of these, nor do I intend on using one.

On an old account which is now sadly rotting away in EOC (Duffman Esq), I had 4 incorrect bans, which were eventually all removed after the final one, as there I had done nothing wrong whatsoever.

If you could have a look, that would be great. Thanks in advance.

Thanks a lot for this Mod Reach. I thought it was going to be random bans like 2008 all over again. I had cancelled membership, I will resubscribe tonight.

I was wrongfully banned on the 4th of april and still haven't gotten any replies from anyone. I've sent emails and appeals and nothing. I was banned for 'marcoing goldfarming' when I have never botted or goldfarmed in my life. Will I ever get unbanned? My accounts name is 'Snacking Yak'.

As you know, I have been trying hard to help a very good friend of mine banned unfairly - he is still waiting. I am not going to post a name, or give any details, as I have been asked not to do that in compliance with forum rules. However, my friend's account is still banned, he cannot post here because he is now technically "not a member". I wonder if you would contact me so that I can give you his details to try to help him.

If I have again stepped over the mark here, I am sorry, I don't mean to. I am just trying to help a good friend.

Hello Mod Reach,

On the 18th of April, I was on my main account and I was disconnected and soon to find out I was wrongfully banned. I had two offenses of macroing (minor) and I appealed both as soon as saw. Since then, my appeals are still pending, I also sent two emails to the accounthelp and still have yet to hear back regarding my account. Since the 18th, when I received the 21 day ban for something I never did, I upgraded this account to members just to keep on playing the oldschool servers. However, I am starting to get frustrated that I have yet to get my other account back. I have decided to submit this post to ask what the next step may be and to ask for help with my banned account.

My account's name is RS c h r i s and I am a veteran of Runescape, coming up on 8 years I believe. I don't believe in my time of playing that I had ever received a ban or even a mute which would justify my legitimate gameplay and that this ban was wrongfully given.

To answer a few questions:-

3. Can you start to target <i>xyz</i> now?

It's reports like this we need. You, the players, see all areas of the game and know the best and most efficient spots to purchase items, train and gather resource. We also know this, but there can be obscure areas bots and goldfarmers might target to keep out of sight. So far, we've taken the areas you've reported the worst and focused there. As we now begin to branch out, the areas you report are crucial, please keep these up!

You also know this [these areas]. Then why don't we see improvement in many of them? Many of these are areas so obvious as to be prime immediate targets. Their clean-up would serve as dramatic, highly visible proof that good things are happening. Yet, as I've seen so many times in the past, you're working retroactively (just as you did based on the player's above posting on crafting goldfarmers).

I understand that you will continue to need reports from us, especially on rather obscure areas where bots could slip through, but first, it would be good to see some action taken in areas that would not continue to allow bots to get 13m+ xp (even a few million is too much) so we know that our efforts in reporting are helping!

We don't need to know how, we don't need to know when, we don't even need lists of name-and-shame to 'feel good' about Jagex's anti-bot efforts. What we need is visible evidence 'on the ground' as it were: in-game.

Awesome! Good to hear!

I recently went to cut some yews and it was ridiculous, at least 20+ gold farming bots on every world, it's the same for almost every decent training place at the moment, hopefully we will see a decrease in this soon!

Here's just one: Lately, when I log on, I've been running natures from Zanaris through the fairy rings to try to get my level up to laws.

There is a constant string of bots unnoting ess at the Karamja gen store. There is also a steady trickle of real players constantly harassing them. In some cases, they also choose to harass me, even though I clearly 'look' and act different. I don't mind and I respond to them and they see I'm a real player.

Numerous reports have to be coming from this, the only place to runecraft Natures in the game . Is it doing any good?
