Herblore isn't that hard to profit on in this game. I'm 79 herblore and 95% of that is from self-farmed herbs and thus: profit. Also spending a little while getting your own secondaries (perhaps using NMZ in the future!) isn't that bad.

Even if it is profitable in this version (and I'm not going to argue eithe way there) the second untradable useful rewards pop up: there goes the profit. As for gathering your own? You should realize that time EQUALS money. If I can buy it faster then I can get it myself then its not worth trying to profit off it if your end game is the..well end game.

I stand by what I said, tradeable content or I vote no. I don't even really need to justify this, and nothing your likely to say will convince me otherwise since I still hated getting 85+ herblore the first time using bxp, but had I not done so I would have been at such a disadvantage at certain area's and therefore felt compelled to do so anyhow.

God wars + super antifires = Gf dfs

Are you intentionally trying to ruin the 'old school' feel of the game or what?

LOL? Are you dense? DFS will still be the best sheild in the game superantifires will not crash the price of DFS people don't just use it at dragons anyway.

Lol???!?!?!?!?

Haven't played this game long have you?

I've played since 2003, I never used my dfs for dragons - rather I used it for tanking at god wars until the BSS showed up.

What i'm trying to get at is after GWD is out, people will start using all the 2h weapons that come with it. The only real use for dfs will be for dragons. If super antifires come out too, there won't even be a use for it there.

It's k, I know I won't convince you, lol :P

But my main concern is that every low level can simply buy those super antifires and slaughter those iron/steel dragons with such ease that it becomes an easy slayer task. I always liked how it was a long (slayer, magic) task or a medium length task using melee, made it somewhat difficult.

I must also admit that the question kind of confuses me: what is caviar? Why are there 2 different level requirements mentioned with every potion? :|

Caviar and roe are biproducts of fishing at barbarain fishing spots (the barbarain rod that is). When cut the lower ones produce roe and higher caviar. They are currently strictly used for the barbarain potions and thus dead content because 2 doses are extremely annoying to make, and pointless to carry for the small healing they provide.

Dunna on the 2nd.

For lower imbued rings,

Sapphire (i) should give -2kg.
Emerald (i) should give +6 to all defense stats.
Ruby (i) should give +1 prayer.

I saw something like this in the other thread, and deliberately left the lower imbued rings out of the current blog so that we could offer something like you're suggesting in a future expansion.

The way I interpret it is: 89 to be able to buy the ingredient from the NMZ, 93 to be able to make the potion?

Dunna on the 2nd.

Upgrading a potion to a barbarian mix can require a slightly higher herblore level than making the original potion.

Oh, so the higher level requirement of the 2 is for adding caviar for a barbarian version of the super potion?
