I'm happy to see most of these changes going through so far. Singles-plus everywhere fixes a lot of NPC boxing issues that are... well, cheesy for a place thats supposed to be so high risk. I'm especially looking forward to a solution to skull tricking so I'd be able to fight back without having to resort to auto-retaliate which is as clunky as can be for a current solution. I haven't touched revs or wildy slayer much so I can't talk much about those but the overall improvements to who can attack who and when looks like a great global wildy change.
All that said, regarding some skilling activities in the wilderness, particularly chaos altar (and more generally, in multicombat zones). I think not being to offer bones while under attack isn't a good move there; the zone is already multicombat so boxing isn't even possible, and part of what I liked so much about the suicide strategy was being tanky enough to offer all of my bones before dying and leaving the pker with nothing (and if I had enough time/hp left, spite them with a few swings). Some of the changes to skulltricking might help by allowing less-risky retaliation, but given the area is a multicombat zone the player is more likely to just get piled by a clan anyway, so the solution is to just keep offering bones to make the most out of the trip. If this gets disabled that ability will be removed and that will definitely be a negative impact for at least my experience.
