I think most of the people playing 2007 version of the game are here simply because they cannot stand EoC and SoF-infested Runescape.
And again, I think most of the people in 2007 would be very very happy if they had the chance to play again Runescape as it was before SoF, Solomon, EoC, Gerhard, IVP Investors ...
nor "epic" emotes with miners bravely hitting rocks with their ... uhm ... heads ...
So ... updates we all enjoyed over time - like tabbed banks, searching banks, resting, diaries, summoning - would not necessarily ruin the game, as long as its original spirit wouldn't be twisted again ... same for HD, resizeable screen, removing roofs, door closing in farming shop, where the Master Farmer used to be trapped by players, some quests and, if I *on't go too far, GWD (last one arguable).
Oh! By the way! Back in 2007, Runescape also had an Andrew Gower. Bring him back too??

4) Yes! Hate the current mining emote. I like the old jerky one. It was quaint <3. Much the same as the old Headbang emote. Please never change that, it's epic ^-^ <3
5) Tabbed banks - Yes
6) Resting - Yes
7) Diaries - No. Remove Karamja too plox
8) Summoning - No. But something to increase how much you can carry in your pack would be nice
9) HD - ONLY if it is optional. Otherwise no.
10) Resizeable screen - Yes
11) Removing roofs - Yes
12) Door closing in farming shop, where the Master Farmer used to be trapped by players - Yes
13) Some quests - Yes, but the rewards probably need to be tweaked to suit OSRS (less XP rewarded, more access to game features/areas, remove some item rewards (to unbalanced to be in RSOS)
14) And, if I don't go too far, GWD - Still undecided, but if they bring back GWD, then gravestones are a must too. And I really don't like gravestones...
